I had great ordering experience at Taco Bell. I had family visiting from out of country and they wanted Taco Bell. I was really happy that my order was perfect. Angel M was the cashier at the drive thru and Iām grateful that she speaks clearly, and has a friendly positive attitude.

Tonight I had one of the best fast-food experiences Iāve ever had. The young woman at the window truly felt like an angel and funny enough, her name was actually Angel! What stood out the most was how genuine she was. She didnāt just hand me my order; she thanked me for stopping by in such a heartfelt way that it felt more like I was at a cozy mom and pop spot than a late-night taco run. That little moment of kindness completely made my night.
I introduced myself and mentioned I help run āWhatās Happening Fayettevilleā and asked if sheād mind me giving her a shoutout. She lit up and said sheād be happy if I did.
Then another team member, Demetrius (hopefully Iām spelling that right), came out. He was just as friendly and funny, adding even more good energy to the visit.
Working fast food isnāt easy the pace is tough and most interactions are rushed so itās rare to come across service that feels this personal. But Angel and Demetrius delivered it effortlessly. They honestly deserve recognition (and a raise) for the way they brighten peopleās nights.

I ordered the new street tacos, 12 pack Cinnabon Delights & the new steak burrito add onions. The street tacos were hard as I donāt know what. It literally was scratching the roof of my mouth while I was eating. My delights were not only extremely hard also, they were also mixed with the wrong flavor. If I wanted dolce thatās what I wouldāve asked for. My burrito was the only decent food I had besides it missing the onions. I just feel like yall should care about the food your giving to people but clearly they donāt because I could see the street tacos were hard as soon as I opened it & the delights literally smelled burnt smh. First & Last time for this location.
Drive thru casheir needed us to repeat the order 3times. It was a beef burrito with jalapenos and 3 steak soft tacos, fresco. It was about 9pm so, not sure why the beans were dry and burnt and the steak also really dry and burnt. Plus they made the burrito with steak and with out the jalapeno (requested 3 times). The prices are rising but the quality is diminishing. I know this because I once worked at Taco Bell. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and didn't finish even half the burrito.
