Ordered at 1:17 my driver was there at 1:20 Was told that someone picked it up and they will refund it!
I've had 3 times they have told us this
I always blamed the driver but honestly I think they are just refunding the orders so they don't gotta do them Night shaft Manager is completely rude / even if you are nice to them Some people just want a check without working and this location is the example of it! Cooks do great during day time And I don't usually do reviews so it's crazy for me to do this

I frequent this Taco Bell on Bragg quite often and am pleasantly surprised every time by the excellent service that I receive at the drive-thru. I have told friends and family to go to this location because of how great the service is at the drive-thru. no matter what time of day I go if it’s late night or dinner time I am greeted with a positive, friendly voice and considerate staff every time. This is by far the best Taco Bell in Fayetteville.
This last time I went which prompted me to write this review was the quality check of my food before handing the bag to me. That is something most fast food restaurants will not do for their customers and I really appreciate that and the reason why I will be coming back.

Layla and Shanice are amazing!!! Taco Bell, thank you for finally getting some customer service in your stores. This is the first time I have been back to a Taco Bell and Fayetteville in a long time. These two women went above and beyond for me and my difficult tail, like I asked questions about everything hey can we remove an ad? I’m one of those customers. Not one time did anybody smack their lips then we ended up laughing having conversation in between and I have family here in Fayetteville so now that I’m out here eating this Doritos double-decker taco kudos to the cook who made it because this thing is awesome. It’s just finally good to see people who love and actually love doing their job and put effort into it instead of making you feel like an inconvenience. But you too, women keep rocking that beautiful smile and attitude because this world needs more of us in it.
Dietary restrictions: Great for me. And I can’t do spicy so they were more than willing to offer me how to get what I wanted without actually losing the taste. I wanted if that makes sense. So we removed two items and switch for something less mild. Kudos to my person in the back who made my tacos.

They do a terrible job late at night. There is no point in being the only place open if you are going to give such poor service. They gave my DoorDash order to the wrong person and refused to replace it. The dasher, the customer support people, and myself all called and they still refused to make the order. Very disappointing. They will not be getting any money from me or anyone else i know if i can spread the word.
I don't know if it's because I ordered through Uber eats but every time I order from here the chicken is so hard and stale I can't eat it. It's happened on multiple occasions

don’t waste yr time trying to order inside they completely ignore inside orders bc they’re worried about their drive thru times. waited 30 mins just for a refund bc they hadn’t even looked at my order of 3 simple items. couldn’t even find my order to refund it and had to ring it all back in just to refund it.
