It’s always a great experience when I visit. The food is delicious and the staff is kind. It feels like I’m in a different country. After traveling more out of the US, I appreciate this space so much more.
My friend and I started off with the Koliko and they were absolutely amazing, a blast of flavor in your mouth! We both got the pounded yam fufu, I got mine with the Okra soup and chicken, my friend had the Egusi soup with goat. Both dishes were beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. The dishes were very comforting and perfect for a cold day. The portions were large and I can’t wait to eat my leftovers later! We will definitely be back to try more of the menu! Overall, the service was wonderful, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming.

I have missed authentic African food and this hit the spot! Ashley was delightful with guiding everyone with their meal choices. She had many recommendations. We will definitely be back!
The Doori Red-Red was excellent with and without the 🌶!

One of my 3 favorite places to eat here in Fayetteville - I moved here 4 months ago. I recommend the Oxtail or Goat entrees with the mixed vegetables.

Customer service was amazing! I got the Egusi and Fufu with goat. Even though the Egusi was much different then what I am use to (I’m pretty sure it was geographically based to origin) it was still immaculate! I’ve never had it with all of the veggies like carrots, cabbage, broccoli, green bell pepper, and I believe cauliflower! Such a variety ☺️. The goat was super tender and soft. I really enjoyed it and if I am ever in the area again I’ll be sure to stop by and try a new item! The owner was also so genuine and kind. Thank you!

Great place and delicious food. I really like the soups, and especially in a combo with fufu.

It was my very first time eating at this restaurant in Fayetteville. I missed it when it was across the street as a smaller location the service, the food talking, having a great conversation with the waiter and the waitress and Christie.
Parking: If you are lucky, you can find a parking spot in front of the restaurant on person Street east of FAYETTEVILLE. If not, you’re more than like it would have to park further down the street near the courthouse or somewhere on Green Street or Gillespie and the walk is not very far.

Fantastic food. I had a chicken meat pie, and the stewed oxtail with jollof rice and spinach. I'll definitely be back!

Food was super good i can finally say i had good african food. The egusi with goat meat and punded yam fufu was amazing. Only thing i wish is they had a kids menu or smaller portions for kids.
Other thing is how welcoming and warm hearted everyone was, my baby hit her head and started crying and the lady brought her food thinking she was hungry and that made my heart felt so close to home.
I will be going back

Our visit here tonight was unplanned but so glad we stopped in. We stopped to look at the menus out front and a lady stepped out to ask if we've had African food before and suggested we read the bigger menu inside which had description.
We felt very welcome. The space inside was very open and spacious. Very different from African restaurants I've been to.
The service was superb. Everyone was so attentive and made sure the food was to our liking. The mama/chef came out to check on us as well, made sure we were happy with the food. The red snapper fillet in peanut soup had the most unique flavor! It is light, not too nutty.
We had friends who happened to be in the downtown area as well, so we invited them over for a meal.
On Tuesday night, the have a free drum class for the community. Be sure to stop by.

The food is definitely not worth the wait we waited over an hour for mediocre African food I’m saying this as an African myself, don’t waste your time. Point one is better than this
