Texas Roadhouse

Terrible Texas Roadhouse. The management will allow their waitresses to take pictures of customers at the restaurant in order to harass their families. When they, specifically Chloe, are asked about it they will lie to you about something being done. They will then continue to cover for the employee and hide this from upper management. They will also let the employee move locations Ans keep it a secret from their new manager. The owner really needs to figure out how his employees handle their business. Personal issues aside this is absolutely disgusting that this behavior was allowed. Don’t eat here if you don’t want waitresses taking pictures of you.

Waiting in 3lines for almost 2 hours when I was told it will be 50 minutes was ridiculous. Server was great though and the food was ok. Honestly i can’t tell if it’s because I was sooo hungry or the food it self

Normally they're exceptional here. All the servers and staff are great. However the past two times I've gone, my medium to medium rare steaks were brought out well done. The first was a dine in order and the server corrected it immediately but this time it was two take out 6oz steaks and BOTH were so well done they looked burnt. I know steaks continue cooking, but I don't think they can char when being off heat. Super disappointing, especially since they were so busy the order itself took nearly an hour.

What I found funny on February 12 2025 is that this is a Texas based restaurant with a sign that says no open carry allowed. I'm not gonna spend my money at a place that infringes on peoples 2nd amendment rights Whatsoever. To the owner stop infringing on our 2nd amendment rights! Just because you allow conceal carry doesn't make what you're doing is any less of an infringement on our constitutional rights. Because of that sign I couldn't protect my little sister the way I wanted to with my full size handgun. Shame on this restaurant owner or whoever set the policy

This steak is supposed to be cooked medium. As you can see it is burnt to death. Won’t be going back to this location for a while. Check you food if you order online they will screw you everytime. I live 30 minutes away it’s a shame can’t even feed to dogs.

dine in is always a good experience. heads up for those getting the to go orders, check to make sure you get everything. i’ve had several orders forget something simple as ranch or cinnamon butter and i don’t eat the fries/rolls without it.

After work, my coworker and I decided to get food. We don’t come here often even collectively. We had no prior knowledge about the hours here. As we are walking up to the building a girl walks out and she’s holding the door open for us. We walk in and both hostess look at us and then look at each other with disgusting looks. I ask “are you closed” and they said they didn’t open till 3. This wasn’t a problem and we were SO sorry. We genuinely had no idea, we had a door held open for us lol. But they were SO MEAAAN. Our server was Helen and she was great. But Carey Ann has the grossest attitude I’ve ever seen. I just came from my service job and after delivering great customer service for 8 hours. I don’t want to be treated like that. Get a new front. These are the people that set the mood the entire experience for customers.

The only issue was my steak. Ordered an 8 oz texas filet. The Skinniest filet I have ever gotten and not tender at all

Corporate dining websites that offer To-Go ordering should ensure their stated pickup times are accurate. When a website promises an order will be ready by 6:15 PM, but in reality, the actual pickup time is 7:00 PM, it reflects poor operational efficiency and a lack of customer service focus.

Most local mom-and-pop restaurants offer the same convenience with greater reliability, so it’s surprising that a large chain like Texas Roadhouse has not upgraded its system to improve efficiency. Additionally, failing to offer a complimentary drink, coupon, or discount for the extended wait shows a disregard for customer satisfaction. This reflects corporate priorities—profit above all else—rather than a commitment to a positive dining experience.

The staff did not communicate the delay upon arrival, which could have allowed us to cancel our order and dine in instead. This lack of transparency and poor management at this location made for a subpar experience that could have been avoided with clear communication and acceptance of accountability which is essential when expecting repeat business.

This experience makes it difficult to return and I hope Texas Road House as a company and this local establishment improves its practices for its diners moving forward.

Came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday. I ordered the bone in ribeye medium rare and had to send it back due to being overcooked. The second time the chef came and delivered the steak and after cutting into it, the steak was more overcooked than the previous steak. At that point I just said forget it and said it was okay.

This place is a great place to go for first timers in Fayetteville. Food is great. The atmosphere could be a bit more uniformed but all in all it’s a super great place to take your family, a date, or even a solo night for yourself

our weight for a table was one hour which was very long, but it is a busy night. We informed the server that it was my daughter‘s birthday and that I had drove over two hours to meet her for dinner. Her birthday was never acknowledged by anyone on the staff at all secondly I ordered a $22 ribeye steak medium. The steak had no pink whatsoever. It was brown through out and very tough and chewy. It’s not even good enough Quality to go home and give the Dog
