Waiting in 3lines for almost 2 hours when I was told it will be 50 minutes was ridiculous. Server was great though and the food was ok. Honestly i can’t tell if it’s because I was sooo hungry or the food it self
Normally they're exceptional here. All the servers and staff are great. However the past two times I've gone, my medium to medium rare steaks were brought out well done. The first was a dine in order and the server corrected it immediately but this time it was two take out 6oz steaks and BOTH were so well done they looked burnt. I know steaks continue cooking, but I don't think they can char when being off heat. Super disappointing, especially since they were so...
dine in is always a good experience. heads up for those getting the to go orders, check to make sure you get everything. i’ve had several orders forget something simple as ranch or cinnamon butter and i don’t eat the fries/rolls without it.
