Don’t waste your gas or time coming to this location because they are never open. The hours on google are not valid. I was attempting to support a new business in the area but after all the disgusting responses and comments when constructive criticism was given, I think I would rather save my money to go elsewhere. You would think that with a new location they would be trying to build up a good reputation. Never being open and horrible customer service ? You won’t last long . Remember you are relying on the customer … to stay in business. You proceeded to say you are short staffed which is not the responsibility of the customer. We are customers not HR. Updated those hours or communicate that clearly ! That’s it. Good businesses handle hard seasons with transparency not nasty attitudes. Catch that.

The Catch 910 blocked me on facebook because the truth hurts sometimes!!! They have been short staffed over 6 months regarding the post under mine post under I see why it’s time to hang it up!!! The lady taking the orders was very friendly and pleasant. The owner wasn't so friendly. She didn't say anything inappropriate, but she's not very welcoming. No smile when interacting with the customers. When she greets, she's dry sounding like it's a forced greeting. It's just not what I'd expect from the one who owns it. It wasn't my 1st visit, but she's always that way, so it will certainly be my last. It is a very personal decision since it's my money🤷🏾♀️.
