I go to this coffee shop all the time and have never had a bad experience until this time. The woman at the window gave me the card reader in my car and shut the window and walked away. Mind you she had to reset it twice because we didn’t know how to work it (because we don’t work there). The woman came back and rudely said “do I need to teach you how to use it?” And gave a heavy sigh. She then had the audacity to ask for a tip. How am I going to tip you when I basically did all the work? I have never seen this woman work here before but she was so rude.

My new favorite coffee shop. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. They have really good pastries, I personally loved the chocolate muffin and their berry smoothie. I had a mocha latte which was really good. Peaceful atmosphere

Such a lovely coffee “scene,” with the nicest staff. This is my go-to coffee shop when I am in town. Their deserts are some of the best I’ve ever had, and their gelato selection has standard, fancy, and some whimsical offerings - so delish!

There are 2 levels, and lots of comfy seats and couches to sit and relax while enjoying one of their delicious coffees and pastries or other fine treats. The staff are always friendly and attentive striving to provide an enjoyable.experience.

Friendly, courteous staff... BUT barista does not know how to make a latte or someone new was there. I ordered a simple regular hot latte, no line via drive thru. Instead what I got was a mix of watered down milk and coffee. Where is the frothed milk on top? Extremely disappointed. Been there before and was not like this. Perhaps someone new made the latte? Please fix it or you will be losing customers.
Went here for the first time. I enjoyed the peach ginger tea with honey. Don't agree with the smoking section right in front of the door.

I used to love coming here to do my homework so I could get away from all the at home distractions I have, but the AC has been out for at least a month now and they have clearly done nothing to fix it. Some of the more committed regulars have even started bringing their own fans and the store owners haven't even put in portable AC units. It is JULY in NORTH CAROLINA. Stores need AC.
