I love potato. It’s my favorite food. Please warn people when they will be waiting over an hour for their food, and ensure your menu is accurate. I ordered from the menu, waited an hour and 20 minutes, and was told at that point there was no garlic mayo, which was listed on the menu. You’re busy and I don’t expect super fast food, but please let people know so they aren’t surprised at the wait, and can grab a snack or something while they wait.

Heard a lot of great things about this food truck especially on this foodies page I’m on. Well let me tell you they did not disappoint at all. I ordered their Box #3 that consisted of five empanadas (4 and 1 considered their signature), one loaded bowl, one stuffed potato ball, and a side for $40. I added an additional stuff potato ball for $5 not knowing the actual amount of food that was going to come in the brown carton box. Definitely generous!Empanadas- loaded with well seasoned proteinStuff Potato- crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside packed with choice your proteinLoaded bowl- Literally loaded, enough saidTostones (fried plantain)- cooked to perfectionI highly recommend trying this place!

The Crazy Potato... WOW!!! I got this platter, must have been about 5 pounds, of seasoned fries, carrizo, tomato, onion & jalapeno. All I can say it was AMAZING!!! My wife also got an order with seasoned fries, beef, beef gravy, American cheese, bacon & green onions. That was equally amazing.PLUSa beef & cheese empanadaANDa chicken stuffed potato ball the size of a softball.Great value for the money.They are at the 4th of July celebration at the municipal park in Hope Mills. Still here if your hungry.

Came here my first time today. I live pretty far from the location but after seeing them all over Facebook figured I'd make the trip. Was not disappointed. Had the beef and cheese empañadas which is one of my favorite puertorican dishes from home. It was delicious

What can I say! The Crazy Potato is near and dear to my heart. It’s a family owned food truck , that is filled with love. The customer service they provide has been amazing . I can’t tell you the number of times myself or my family and I have gone to the CP and each time we were treated like family. Chef Linda blesses the food each time with her magic touch. She never disappoints. I highly recommend TCP!!!! I got their newest item the crazy potato , amazing!

This was my first time trying this truck and the entire experience was top notch. The menu has so many options and Omar walked me through the entire thing. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. The ingredients were quality and the food was made to order. I definitely recommend this business!!!! We will be back!!
