I love potato. It’s my favorite food. Please warn people when they will be waiting over an hour for their food, and ensure your menu is accurate. I ordered from the menu, waited an hour and 20 minutes, and was told at that point there was no garlic mayo, which was listed on the menu. You’re busy and I don’t expect super fast food, but please let people know so they aren’t surprised at the wait, and can grab a snack or something while they wait.

Heard a lot of great things about this food truck especially on this foodies page I’m on. Well let me tell you they did not disappoint at all. I ordered their Box #3 that consisted of five empanadas (4 and 1 considered their signature), one loaded bowl, one stuffed potato ball, and a side for $40. I added an additional stuff potato ball for $5 not knowing the actual amount of food that was going to come in the brown carton box. Definitely generous!Empanadas- loaded with well...
