Stopped in Friday night at 10 minutes till nine. There were four people in the store. My daughter walked up to the door the gentleman or female, whatever it is pictured walked up to the door, and locked it so my daughter cannot enter. Lazy rude entitled if your employees cannot stay open until the time your hours advertises open then you need to change your hours or get new employees who are not as lazy as the one pictured. Tried to get three smoothies and some food but they didn’t accept $100 bills so I had to leave and find somewhere else which I’ve never had that happen at a tropical smoothie ever and only found this out after placing my entire order . Just put a sign on the door so people will know.

We use this restaurant regularly and as of late we use DoorDash, which costs much more than coming into the restaurant. I typically order the Tai Chicken Wrap or the salad with extra sauce. The extra sauce costs extra. It's not much, but I do expect to get what I pay for. On two separate occasions I haven't gotten extra sauce after being charged for it. I work hard for my money and I don't have any to waste. It only takes a moment to check the order before the bag is sealed. Please do better. Take the time.

The young lady doing the register was really friendly,2 young mens sitting at the table on break on their phone,rubbing their face/touching one rubbing his nose did not wash hands I had to say something the manager didn’t say anything the young lady that was fixing the food have a nasty attitude throwing people food because she thought i was talking about her she’s loud and fussing with customers the manager act like she is scared of the workers plus the young lady called her mom,she came to the store very unprofessional 5/16/24…1:40pm..Never Again order # 31244775591992

Tried the chicken bacon ranch, and it was gross, to say the least! I've eaten it at othe locations and it was fresh and delicious...but this location was not comparable. The chicken was cold, mushy, and uncooked, lettuce was old and there was so much ranch on it you couldn't taste anything else. ? Needless to say I couldn't eat it.

This tropical cafe in my opinion is always welcoming with good vibes. Employees-They all seem happy to be at work even if that’s not the case they come across with positivity and they always make my smoothie perfect.

I ordered their wrap and smoothie combo and only received the smoothie from the combo but the smoothie did not look right, so I didn’t even drink it. I called to get an immediate refund and I only got refunded for the wraps and not the smoothie. I was told that because I had received the smoothie, I cannot get a refund for it. This tell me that there’s no one to make sure that the delivery guys get the right correct order. I would definitely double check and make sure everything’s fine before I leave from there.

My wife and I frequently order from the Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Andrews Road. Not sure if that will happen again. This Sunday evening we were relaxing during a rainy day enjoying movies in our living room decorated for the holidays trying to decide what we wanted to eat. My wife decided she wanted another Chipotle Ranch Wrap. After the gym yesterday we had wraps for lunch I got the chicken and bacon. Our food arrived and we begin to eat. 10 minutes into the meal my wife shrieks and pulls a piece of wax paper out of her mouth. Obviously I’m immediately on the phone with the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager who halfway through conversation laughed and said it wasn’t me that made the sandwich…….I literally stopped to make sure she was in the same conversation as I was. When I asked her what her name was she says, “Everybody calls me D!” At this point I realize I’m speaking to a child. And asked for a refund. She then says, I can’t get to right now we are kinda busy”. No words can express how outdone I am right now. This is completely unacceptable. I know young folk need to work but the owners of these establishments need to teach their employees what customer service looks and sounds like. Unprofessional, Unpleasant, Unsatisfactory.
