We use this restaurant regularly and as of late we use DoorDash, which costs much more than coming into the restaurant. I typically order the Tai Chicken Wrap or the salad with extra sauce. The extra sauce costs extra. It's not much, but I do expect to get what I pay for. On two separate occasions I haven't gotten extra sauce after being charged for it. I work hard for my money and I don't have any to waste. It only takes a moment to check the order before the bag...

Tried the chicken bacon ranch, and it was gross, to say the least! I've eaten it at othe locations and it was fresh and delicious...but this location was not comparable. The chicken was cold, mushy, and uncooked, lettuce was old and there was so much ranch on it you couldn't taste anything else. ? Needless to say I couldn't eat it.

This tropical cafe in my opinion is always welcoming with good vibes. Employees-They all seem happy to be at work even if that’s not the case they come across with positivity and they always make my smoothie perfect.
