Worse experience I’ve ever had at a Tropical Smoothie. Ordered $100 worth of food & smoothies and only received the smoothies. Called the store and spoke to the manager Moreanna Jones, and was told she knew my food was not sent and that I would have to place the order AGAIN to have my food delivered or she would refund my money later in the day. Second terrible experience with only this location. The manager was super rude, and stated there is nothing they can do- again after ordering through their website and not receiving food.
I can’t even make this up. I was a loyal Tropical Smoothie patron, but there’s no way I will ever order from this one again. I had ordered food for the other nurses I work w, and it was awful.
