I would leave 0 stars if I could , but we decided to grab a drink this morning walked in and there was 3 workers and we was the only customers, when we walked in we was not greeted or acknowledged we stood there for a few minutes being totally ignored so we decided to go to smoothie king instead were we was greeted as soon as we walked into the door , tropical smoothie needs to do better we usually go there every weekend now we will not be returning

Just wanted to shout out this Tropical Smoothie! It was exceptionally clean and the staff were really friendly. My smoothie was delicious!

Attempted to pick up a door dash order a few minutes after 8 pm. The door was locked and I showed one of the workers the order on my phone and as she walked toward the door the manager at the cash registers said something to her and she walked away. I was confused on if the order was still being made or not. After standing there longer another worker came and unlocked the door and verified the name on my order. The manger then yelled at him and said we are closed and that she threw away the order. She was very rude and the situation could have been handled in a more professional manner.

I won’t be returning back to this location or at-least ordering online. I ordered two Bahama mamas online but one had fat burner and one had whey protein which were the differences. Usually the drinks are labeled with what they have in them but they both said bahama mama only. I asked the server which one had the whey protein in it so I could give it to my sister and he pointed to one. I drove back home to give the one with whey that my sister requested and she told me that she couldn’t taste the whey. Now I’m questioning if my drink had the add on I rewuest

I’ve been twice in the past week, first trip they didn’t even cook the quesadilla long enough to melt the cheese. 2nd trip the order was wrong, both quesadillas were half empty. After reading other reviews about the bad attitudes and poor service for years. It’s obvious these issues will never be resolved.

The regular crew in the morning is very nice ....I go there often so they know me by face so they are on it with my smoothie...there's one that stands out and its Olivia....love her!!!!
