As a CA native and WA resident who occasionally visits Bragg, I was pleasantly surprised to discover this really solid sushi place right outside of post. Highly recommend it - probably the best restaurant in the area.

Today I came in HUNGRYYYY and needing everything on the menu but i was super indecisive - and my server was Ariana, when I tell you she went above and beyond and filled all my requests!!! did yall know you can do just the broth for $3? Super good deal they gave me a huge portion and she was so attentive and sweet! Going again just off the service alone plus the food is super yummy

This restaurant was quite the experience, the service was ok as normal with a greeting and sitting in my own chair I chose.
The food was great, for $25 a bowl of ramen and sushi while eating in the restaurant gets you far in today's economy as we all know. $13 for the tonkatsu ramen and $10 for the sushi roll.
Atmosphere is a weeaboos dream with a bunch of action figures lined up at the sushi bar for all to see (like as if you're at a anime convention) the place is pretty small so don't have a huge crowd of friends unless you plan ahead in case it gets packed over all its a place i won't mind coming back to spend $25 plus tip at again.

We came here for the first time and we will one hundred percent be coming back and highly recommend others try this place as well. Not only did our server go above and beyond but everywhere employee did a well, the owner came out and gave pur two kids a little toy surprise, they offered our youngest a popsicle after accidentally eating wasabi and it was all around one of the most respectful, tasteful, and atmospheric place. We are very happy with our experience, thank-you to everyone at Umami

We love this place! Sushi is always yummy and Ramen is top notch! Service from anyone is that restaurant is extremely kind and happy. We have nothing but good things to say. Yes, the inside is a little used and could be dirty, but it’s small and they are doing what they can given the space. Not going to hold us back from coming time and time again :)

I ordered delivery from this place tonight because I was craving Ramen. To my surprise the food arrived with horrible presentation, smelling weird and items were missing from it. My husband and I feel extremely upset. We literally have nausea and dizziness after eating not even the half of it. It ended up in the trash.

The Agedashi Tofu was good. The Pork Katsu was a bit dry and spicy. Not sure if they gave me the spicy one when I asked for Mild. The Sapporo Style Spicy Miso Ramen was good and spicy. The Taro Milk Tea was good. Not too sweet.
