Love getting matcha here! they have different flavors from coconut to strawberry. I always get my matcha with honey and it’s so delicious 🤍 they need to bring back mango sticky rice matcha asap!!!!

Good cold brew. Nice staff.
Edited to remove comment about hanging out. Got the inside confused with another shop :)

Went to dirt bags to get some matcha saw that they had a sign up for a 30 minute break. Walked around to kill some time and even ordered food while we waited. We back after 40 minutes and it was still closed. Stayed around for 10 more minutes before we left. Wasn't able to get any matcha, which is a shame because they have the best matcha locally. Time of arrival 11:32 departed at 12:40

Stopped by here on a rainy day and oh my gosh it was the best decision. Tried a mango sticky rice matcha and it was delectable and on top of that the service was excellent. This will definitely be a weekly spot for me.

After searching high and low for a good matcha spot in Fayetteville, I finally found Vagabond—and it did not disappoint! Unlike most coffee shops that struggle with matcha, Vagabond serves a perfectly crafted cup. The staff are incredibly friendly, making our first visit a pleasure. Plus, they offer other treats that are absolutely worth trying.

I had one of their seasonal flavors a few months back. It was banana something and it was truly incredible. You could tell she used bananas instead of syrup. It was truly a unique experience and I keep going back!

We brought my parents, who are not fluent in English, to Vagabond Café hoping for a pleasant visit. While the coffee and drinks were good, the way we were treated was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable.

This café has a bathroom that requires a key and a sign stating you must lock the door when you’re done using it. My mom, assuming the door locked automatically, handed me the key after she was finished. Within seconds a man (likely not a customer) entered. As I was clarifying this with my mom in our own language, the owner abruptly and very passive-aggressively chimed in, implying we hadn’t read the sign or didn’t know how to read it.

This remark was humiliating and felt blatantly disrespectful toward my parents.

After I used the restroom and returned the key, a staff member immediately went to “check” the bathroom. Even though I understand they’re trying to keep non-customers out, the way this was handled was very uncomfortable and made us feel singled out and unsafe.

The drinks may be good, but the treatment we received overshadowed everything. It’s really unfortunate that a place with potential is undermined by staff behavior like this.

We will not return and hope management reconsiders how they speak to and treat their customers.

As someone who comes here every now and then… the staff is not very welcoming or friendly. The coffee is the only reason I come back… even then.. it always takes at least 15-20 minutes every time you place an order. I understand that it is a local coffee shop but it shouldn’t take as long as it does to prepare an entree at a restaurant.

Seriously if I ever buy coffee anywhere else it’s a complete waste of money bc nothing compares or is ever as good as it is at Vagabond.
The staff is super friendly and they make their syrups in house which is amazing for those of us that don’t want our coffee filled with a bunch of additives. 100000% recommend! You’ll be happy you didn’t go anywhere else.

The flavors are really unique compared to the coffee shops in the area. You can’t go wrong with any of the flavors, had the churro and horchata.

I feel so lucky to have found this wonderful gem of a coffee shop! I had heard great things about their churro latte and wanted to try it for myself (it was delicious!). But aside from having great coffee and pastries, I was so warmly welcomed here. Both the employees and the other customers were so genuinely friendly, kind, and warm. Everything about Vagabond was so inviting, and I can't wait to visit again ❤️

I moved the Fayetteville not long ago and have been on the hunt for a great coffee experience.
I walked in to Vagabond today with my husband and my 2 year old and the staff were so nice.
I heard the owner training a new employee and they were dialing in the espresso so I asked for a double shot.
It was So smooth. Perfect blend of bitter/sweet.
I also got a drip coffee. The beans are great. The drip is smooth and tastes delicious. Did not need cream or sweetener at all.

There is a seating area behind the bar with nice couches. The music is played at a very reasonable volume, very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

I highly recommend Vagabond Cafe and will definitely be back.
