The service was quick but I found the food to be bland. I had to add a bunch of sauce to help which it did. We did take our leftovers home and oddly enough it ended up flavorless again. We also requested to take home our peanut sauce but we were given another sauce we did not like.
Beef pho with meatball, rare steak, tendon and tripe was not very good. Broth was flavorless, steak was super tough and chewy, noodles were overcooked and mushy, tripe was also chewy. So disappointing. If this is the best pho around here, then don't bother getting pho.
Awesome spot! Easy 4.5 stars. This definitely feels very Vietnamese/Chinese fusion cooking.Pro:- Hospitality/service- food depth- huge menu (worth coming multiple times just to try different dishes)- fresh and fast- extremely kid friendly (our kids were not the most well behaved, but we were still treated great)- parking (off the main road)- extremely affordableCon:- noneWe had an amazing experience and will definitely return.
