I have been visiting this location for many years (their food is good)! However, the waiter with a name tag displaying “Shay” was extremely rude! I came in and was greeted with all smiles; especially from a lady with the name tag “MiMi” who I thought was going to assist me as she was approaching but “Shay” barged her way to the counter and started taking my order! Her attitude was diabolical-I almost walked out at that point but proceeded with the order because I was hungry and did not want to drive to another location! Her rude behavior transpired further so I decided to get a refund and left! I will not be going back to this location nor will I spend money anywhere if I am going to be treated in that manner! Management truly needs to do more background evaluations when hiring because “Shay” should definitely not be a front line server when it comes to assisting and dealing with the public!

First time to a Waffle House, was absolutely exceptional. Our server, Maddie, was incredible and answered all of our questions perfectly, and was the best server we have had by far on our 3 week USA road trip. Would highly recommend

They treated us like queens, they immediately brought us our order, the food was very delicious, the coffee was fresh and hot for a very cold afternoon… The service was excellent, the place was super clean and quiet. Their employees are very attentive and friendly… Reasonable prices. I'll be back soon. God Bless you ?

First off I would just like to say I’m a frequent customer but not at this location.. Tonight was my first time at this location .. This was also my first time I ever had to write a grievance due to the lack of customer service … The young lady that took my order was pleasant but the COOK was a different story… She almost acted as if she didn’t wanna cook my order .. Then to add insult to injury she did a poor job on my waffle… lol yes my waffle.. Which I had to say something about my waffle just sitting there after she took it out.. Enough of my complaining I will Not be going back to that location ever again… Hopefully someone will discuss proper Customer Service… So this maybe will prevent someone else from having a bad experience… Thanku for your time & GODBLESS!
