The food and Service is great at the wafflehouse, but the Ambiente was not so great. The Diner was very busy so we had to sit at the counter. The bad Part the sink was right there and they washed the dieses, right there. But like i said the breakfast was great.

I don’t have a problem with the actual place or anything I love this Waffle House but why yall charging extra money for no reason a to go fee and service fee then have the nerve to ask for a tip that’s free money yall trying get for nothing
We can’t help yall not allowing us on the inside at night anymore and a service fee and a tip just a lot of charges ridiculous

ordered cheesesteak melt with bacon extra crispy, hashbrowns with cheese salt & pepper
my melt is so greasy, the greasiest i've ever had. it's a whole puddle of grease on my plate. the grease is under the hash browns and all. meal ruined. if it wasn't 12 at night i would go back but it's late so here's the review. there was NO ONE else there and she still didn't make the bacon crispy upon request. i don't see the rush when there's nobody else there. pitiful worker.
1st time I have actually been inside in awhile and everything was disgusting. Waffle iron dirty, floor sticky, flies all of the place, and the employees are just standing around. On top of that they add gratuity to the bill but they do not have good customer service. Do better!!!

My food was cold they brought my husband order out and mine came 6 minutes later. She was playing with another customer baby and my order was sitting near the cook waiting to be picked up. She didn't offer an apology or try to fix the situation. I spent $35 for a bad breakfast that I didn't eat. She said nothing at all and I was very polite to this lady. Then she bought the other customers food out walked back waited then glanced over at our table then remembered she forgot my order that's why it was cold. It was an older Caucasian lady she has been working there for years. She should be more focused on a table at a time. I was beyond pissed. I just walked out. My husband ate while I sat there with cold food

Visited this location late morning on August 19th. Four adults and one child. Staff was friendly and dining area was clean. There was some slight problem with incorrect orders and one very big problem with food. The mistakes with the orders were quickly corrected, so no big deal. The issue with food, three of us ordered eggs over easy. One received properly cooked over easy eggs, runny yolk, white mostly set with some runniness near the yolk, but white, not clear. Two of us received eggs with a large part of the white, not only runny, but as clear as water (raw). This is unsafe. When we sent them back, they were replaced with properly cooked eggs, but the cook ask the server to inform us that the first ones were properly cooked for over easy. It seemed the server didn't really agree with the cook, but she passed it on. Other parts of the meal were very good. One member of the group got steak medium rare. It was done perfectly and of surprisingly good quality.
