It was pretty good, food is always quick and good. Service is the best it can be. But the atmosphere is a just 5 out of 10.

Good food, fast service. Very noisy atmosphere with dishes loudly and constantly clapping together next to our booth. No soap, towels, or toilet paper in the men's bathroom, and it was filthy. Many, many truck stops are a dream compared to this. Will not be revisiting.
Kid-friendliness: I definitely WOULD NOT bring kids here .

No matter what time you come to this place they always have the door locked. Selective on who they let in. I went to Waffle House at 9:30pm on 1/7/25 and the door was locked. The male cashier did not even acknowledge us at the door and the rude black ass cook just ignored us. I will never return. Currently trying to get in contact with corporate as we speak.

My first time trying waffle house and they were 🤨🤬 . I had to stand there 11 minutes before someone asked to help me. Once I received my food and went home, it wasn't made as ordered, hashbrowns were cold, and there were no onions on it. Eggs were still runny and slimy. It was cold, bread should have been wheat! it was cut and untoaste, and I live 3 minutes away. I'm confused about when it was cooked🤔 I was told 20 minutes it would be ready. There were no condiments in the containers inside the restaurant. The place looked dirty, empty tables not cleaned. People standing and sitting. Over crowded. Employees looked overwhelmed.
Parking: It was my first and last time trying them. This experience was so trash I don't want to try em again or any of the branches. It should be a cut on sitting in until you clear eat-ins out. People picking up should have a separate counter to go to. Or 2 registers.

I pretty much had to order twice. I had to correct the cook whilst making my food I guess because the person who was taking orders was high at work. She almost cooked it on white bread when I specifically requested wheat bread, but I don't know. And also she's about to cook my hash browns all the way. When I said cook them lightly after I corrected them, one of them seemed to have an attitude. If not I apologize but I just wanted my stuff to be done right
Food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The waffle was so fluffy and moist. The eggs and bacon were awesome. The hash browns weren't overly crispy like usual. The waitress was great! She saved us from having our table stolen from a rando walking in AFTER us trying to cut the line so she got a bigger tip.
