Waffle House

First wanted to call the number is only to you they do not taking any order. I don't know how someone supposed to contact when order is messed up. Anyway, I order a grit bowl, the grit with to thick and it had slice cheese which through it all off. I thought it was going to be shredded cheese, there is a difference. The one in Hope Mill where I first had the grit bowl it was delicious. I expecting the same but I was disappointed. I feel like I wasted my money, very disappointed.

Smh this shit is crazy this is my first time making a review and believe me when I say everything sucks 1st off they customer service was awful first off they act like I was bothering them smh took my order sitting down I only got a Philly cheese steak melt meal and they forgot all my toppings for my hash browns I told them and they act like they didnt want fix

I like Waffle house. However your food experience will depend on the cook that is on duty. This morning the cook wasn't very good and didn't know how to cook over medium eggs and couldn't follow my order correctly. I sat there for 4 to 5 minutes before someone helped me. The atmosphere was guarded.

Worst Waffle House ever been to in the history of waffle houses I just got my steak and my chili the chili taste burnt like someone scorched the bottom of the pan. The steak is not seasoned at all. I will never go back to this one and I recommend no one go back to this one I knew I should’ve went to my usual one on Reilly Road waste of money.

Good food, fair service. However the pricing scheme is very deceptive. For example, I ordered cheesesteak and eggs to-go. The prices on the menu was $12.95. When I got the check the price was $15.25. In addition there was a $1.53 service fee(for what?) and a $1.53 to-go fee added separately. But this still did not explain why the price jumped from $12.95 to $15.25, so when I asked to cashier she show me a very small sign under the cash register that said 20% fee was added ( on the front end)to all to-go orders, 10% to the server who prepares the food and 10% to-go fee. So it looks like they are adding the to-go fees twice. To prove my point on Friday I ordered the exact same meal and paid more than a dollar less than today. By the way, the cashier said there are no additional charges if you dine in. The low rating is for the unfair pricing scheme and the fact that it is not made known up front. I would not have tipped the cashier if had known they were already taking out money for tips. I won’t be returning to waffle until this ridiculous policy is changed

Taking so long with my food I was hungry

On today, Monday, 7 July 2025, my husband and I went to this location for breakfast. The cooks, not the waiter, sent the food out in batches. My sandwich and lukewarm grits came to the table first. My sandwich was made incorrectly (I asked for my eggs to be scrambled. It was fried). Meanwhile, my husband’s food hadn’t come out. When his food made it to the table, it was missing the bacon. I mentioned it to the waiter, Jade, and he said “It’s coming. I called it out.” Well, my husband was damn near finished his eggs and grits by the time the barely cooked bacon had arrived. My sandwich finally made it also. The black African American “cook” could care less when Jade informed him we were not happy. No one even apologized! It was our first (and LAST) time visiting this location. This is the WORST Waffle House in Fayetteville (and we’ve been to all of them). It totally sucks!!

Ordered online ..paid and used the address on the app to go get my food. The address didn't sate north McPherson Church road just McPherson Church road. So here I am driving all over Fayetteville arriving in neighborhoods that have no waffle House, so when I finally get to the waffle House to get my food one is called too I tell the lady who's giving my food the address on my receipt was not the correct address so is my is my food cold or is it hot? So she wants to argue with me and tells me well it depends on where you're coming from as to what the address gives you. No not true so finally I had to Google this on my phone to find out where the waffle House is at! Then there's some customer sitting there beside us in our conversation and tells me that's because I don't have an iPhone 8 and where I was going! I clearly told him you need to be quiet! So this went on for 10 minutes and the woman wanted to argue me who works at the waffle House my food is cold I'm mad then older lady that works there who's using a walker apologize about the woman I felt bad because she did not need to apologize about her worker, she also agreed that she's had other customers say that the address is incorrect online for their waffle House. So needless to say I'm disgusted with customer service my food is cold I'm not happy and I won't go back there nor will I ever order online to from any crappy waffle House I should know better but it was late at night and I was in a hurry Do not recommend going back nor anybody going to this crappy waffle House!

They didn't give me any meat that goes with it. Of course I find out when I get home...it was disappointing
