First time at this Waffle House location, I'm from Massachusetts. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I sat down at the counter. Cook started me off with my drink while the waitress assisted another customer quickly. My waitress, Chito, was friendly and took my order quickly. While I ate my meal, I had 2 more join me for breakfast and Chito took their orders without wasting any time. When she had a moment she spoke to us and provided insights to questions about local points of interest which enhanced my time dining. I couldn't have asked for a better Waffle House experience, thank you Chito!

Food , horrible, burnt eggs, burnt bacon sent back, I watched them put hot water in the grits, they were still lumpy, the waffle was raw or uncooked on the inside, we should have left we we saw one of the staff pants was ill fitting and we can see her crack, she complained about being exhausted, the entire staff looked like they wanted to be else where, the black make cook complained because we asked our grits to be in a bowl, one customer got up and walked out because the staff took to long to acknowledge him. It was just a mess, next we will go to cracker barrel at the next light, and if you are reading this you should too. AVOID EATING HERE

The server was super duper rude. An elderly gentleman came in. Hard of hearing and she was finally screaming at him and walked away. He was just asking about grits. Cheese. Salt butter etc. I was super not happy. Cook just friggin nailed it for me. He was AMAZING.

If you have an issue, there's no way to contact the store. Some Asian call center. I just ordered a $60 breakfast. Right after, i tried calling the store to let them know I got no syrup amongst other thing. The call center said they would note it on the order. Think it was a good outcome? They forgot syrup for 3 orders of waffles and a highly over priced $4 large coke was. Missing. The call cater was only authorized to refund 15% of missing. The waffles were too dry to eat alone. No drink and not being able to eat 3 waffles, I got $5 refund, no apology after spending $60. Here's our world. Call center from across the world expected to understand and properly make right valid concerns
