The attendant at the windows with orange hair needs some training because she has a terrible attitude and instead of focusing on her job at Waffle House she is more focused on parking people cars.
She tell me i cant park close to the window of this waffle house when i have a sleeping child in my car with some crazy guy walking around outside screaming. I came here for some food not driving lessons

This facility has: great customer service,; food well cooked, and a great team all geared to create and warm atmosphere to every customer.
One they customer service is trash Asked for a cheesesteak hash brown bowl they didn’t give me what I asked for. Had to go back to get what I asked for. Then told me total was $13.50 then ended up charging me $16.20 Charged me 1.35 service charge fee Charged me 1.35 fee because I didn’t sit down in there and eat my food. On top of the 2.70 extra and the 1.00 inclusive tax which ok cool everything has tax. They will never get no more of my money

When I arrived I was greeted and told to sit anywhere. Sat at a booth and was ignored for 20 minutes, while other guests were served. Finally left after seeing guests arrive after us and get served their food, and I hadn't even been asked what I wanted to drink.
