Absolutely the worst service ever. Every order was wrong! We waited an hour and a half for nothing. We left hungrier than when we walked in. If I could give a negative star I would. Will never return to this location.

Ordered my food around 6:30am and waited over an hour to never get my food. I later found out that my food was never prepared. It is not a great feeling to find that you have wasted an hour of your life essentially. I am normally a proud Waffle House customer but this particular location’s ineptitude and blatant neglect of a customer has made me question my loyalty to an otherwise good brand.Edit: I just remembered that they did not provide me or anybody else at my table with silverware. We would have asked but our server never went back to check on our table.

I'm not sure what happened here.Now I will say the people were friendly, and the food was decent, but the service was awful. We ordered something simple (the all star special) to share. We asked for two waters--- we only got one water. They gave us the waffle without the rest of the food- fine- but then we had no utensils to eat it with and so it got cold. They made us a new waffle after I asked, but they forgot about it and burnt the waffle.On top of that, they basically didn't check on us at all (hence the cold waffle with no utensils) and we had to ultimately get up and ask for everything.Hopefully, it was just a down day.

I’m assuming this is why they got bad reviews anyway but my opinion if I’m trying to sit down and order food myself I don’t think it was a problem for my son to have outside food do you know how many times I’ve been to a waffle house and brought outside food while other people were eating waffle house. Don’t go here, especially with this small black lady with short hair. She was rude. They seen me with the food when I came in there, but didn’t say anything until after I sat down, I can’t stand when people do that I guess they just don’t want business or my opinion they probably don’t want to cook because a lot of people talk bad about that waffle house anyway.
Lorie and kish were absolutely amazing there customerservice and service couldn't have been any better the commutation between the cook (Lorie) and serve (kish) was on point and the food was delicious thank you guys we will be back!.

My 14 yr old grandson chooses the WAFFLE HOUSE whenever I suggest eating out. He likes to watch how the food is cooked, and if it gets to our table in a suggested time of 1 minute.

We came here with a party of 8 and were out within an hour still. Very impressed with the staff and their ability to go with the flow. The waitress was super friendly, and it was hands down the best waffle i have had.

Every single time I go here, they get my order wrong/burn my food or forget something smh ??? I go in workers sitting down with attitudes smh??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ I got the all star with chocolate chip waffle n cheese grits. No chocolate chip ofcourse ? n no cheese n my grits...this is why I don't tip!!! She hurried up n shoved some cheese n my grits so she can sit back down...wow. it's official I am going to cook my breakfast at home becuz the vibes really killed my mood n somewhat my breakfast...I should have been offered a fresh n fresh grits with cheese but instead I got chocolate sprinkles through on there....n she shoved some cheese n middle of the old grits smh...it's not even melted??????
