eat here everytime, i am in town . great food , great atmosphere . and the level of professionalism amongst staff ? is priceless i worked in the field years ago . and have the utmost respect for the service , the camaraderie at this location . i can only hope the management realizes what they have there . i can also tell you . whatever they are making per hour? isnt enough .

Ordered to go. Once I saw people leave that ordered to go after me leave before me, I checked on my order (30 minutes after placing). Apparently, they were waiting on a waffle to complete my order, but the waffle was sitting in the counter in a plate the whole time next to the bag! I watched that waffle sit there for a good 10 minutes or so and that’s the waffle they dropped in my bag. A waffle that had been sitting out. Won’t be back.

I visit the store on October 2nd the waitress they had did not know how to take orders or receive orders she overcharged me the food was horrible and I even asked the cook who was the manager for a number to call they did not give me a number to call so I can get my refund back to my card Store #1553 3 rd Shift Waitress Name Was Izzy Cook/Manager Name Was Keith Never Will I Eat There On 3rd Shift I Ate At 10 :11 Pm Would Like To Report This And Someone Call Me Or Email Me

It's Waffle House. Good food, drama behind the counter regarding the issue of asking for military ID when we walked in with smeared facepaint and dirty uniforms trying to get at least one full meal in before the sun was completely down. (This waffle house was the closest to Luzon DZ and Bragg).
Two chocolate chip waffles and sausage made a wonderful dinner! Service was slow but we got our food hot. Seemed to be a couple new hires behind the counter and at the end of a long shift we all get a little frazzled.

This is our date night place. We go here. The staff is wonderful, they chat with you, they're so friendly if they mess up on your food, they'll fix it. It's a great place
I would be prejudiced to say I didn't love this place the coffee is excellent the food is excellent and watching the people walk back-and-forth cooking the meals and having to put them on the plates on the tables for the people to eat and enjoy the food priceless.

The ambiance is delightful. We engaged in excellent conversation. JJ, my server, was exceptional in her service. Brittany, while preparing tea, maintained a composed demeanor and kept herself occupied. Please ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Now I know it’s Christmas and these people are at work but at the same time they are getting paid to do a job and chose to need this job. Came in and placed a Togo order at 930 pm. We were going to dine in but they said it was Togo only. They had 7 employees and online it said open so I think that they decided to not have the dining room open. In the 20 minutes me and my 16 year old daughter were there I heard the f bomb 17 times…. And yes I counted because that is unacceptable.. no doubt my daughter has heard worse but there was also a younger girl (maybe 10) waiting on food from a messed up order. Customer service has really took a plunge with some of the younger generation smh

Thermostat was set on 95! Hot AF! Waitress had headphones on the whole time talking on the phone. Could not get the order right at all. All. You have to do is wright it down! Still got the order wrong. Burnt the toast so they had no more. Bet they making at least $15 an hour and not even worth the $7.25 minimum wage! DO BETTER!
