Will never return to this location for multiple reasons, we have tried this location 3 times and had bad experiences every time. Last night we went and our waitress was really lousy at her job. They were not busy. We were one of the only tables there. There was one other couple, but they had a different waitress. There was no excuse. I asked for everything except mushrooms on my hashbrowns, and they came out plain with no Toppings. And no bacon on my Texas bacon patty melt. My wife's eggs were raw. The whites weren't even white, and they were still clear. My toddler dropped his chocolate milk and didn't offer to bring another one . Didn't get a refill the whole time, then she asked if we wanted a refill for or anything after we were visibly done eating. I didn't even finish my patty melt it was terrible. I love Waffle House, but this location just is not good. We gave them 3 chances . I didn't say anything to the waitress because I didn't want to start trouble. The cook was pretty bad, too

Giving these guys a 5 star. I came in to eat around 11pm on 10/06. There was a server and cook present. There were no customers eating inside but they noticed us immediately. We chose our seat and the server immediately asked how we were and what we like to drink. He promptly brought drinks and then took our order. I ordered an All Star with a waffle well done. All the food was cooked perfectly. Not too much or too little. The food was served by the cook. He said he hopes we enjoy the food. He was very nice. 2 other families came in and some take outs. The promptly served them and not to mention they were personable with them as well. After eating, not too soon, the cooked asked how every thing was. I said 10 out of 10. There is a Waffle House closer to my house and it can't even compete with this one at Traemoor off Lakewood Rd. This location was clean too. Atmosphere was comfortable. I typically don't like eating out much anymore and this was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time eating in Fayetteville period. I recently ate at Bahama Breeze (with only 3 customers that night) and service wasn't this good. I hope these guys get rewarded or recognized for their great customer service! I also would like to mention, I like how they cooked their waffles. They didn't taste fake and it had a little bigger squares than other waffle houses. The waffle was amazing!!

This Waffle House was more laid back and not as hectic as some of the others I've been to, the staff was very accommodating and polite.
There was 6 people working here. There were 0 customers. Walked in and was greeted very politely. Passed 3 tables all had not been wiped down still had food and drink rings. Our utensils were dirty like had not even been in dishwasher. Our server was very nice. There was 2 of the workers talking loud and goofing off and one was cursing and our server told him " we have customers" he seemed not to care. That is the difference in the older and younger generation. Our server was an older lady. She got our drinks, my daughter ordered food. "A WAFFLE" at waffle house. You can't make this stuff up, waffle iron was broke and couldn't make waffles. Our server was very apologetic and ask if we wanted anything else. I wouldn't have charged my customer for the tea and coffee after waiting for 15 min to find out they couldn't make waffles but I didn't say anything I just paid and did leave a tip, it was not my servers fault. This one is right by my house and pretty new. Got to do better!!!

We went to this location Saturday 5/18/24 around 7:30pm. We regularly visit this location so our service today was shocking. Our server a young lady, immediately took our orders and did not speak to us afterwards. She gave us our food and ticket without asking if we needed anything else.
