I came here about 3pm I got some chicken nuggets and they were freezer cold how you under cook chicken nuggets the bigger black man who come them need some more training I asks the cashier how the nuggets taste I should of known when she asks him how the nuggets taste something was wrong

Ordered the new mushroom burger as a combo with an extra burger, and I couldn't understand why my total was $23 until I got home with no receipt. I was charged a large combo when I wanted a regular single for both. Both burgers were double, and only one of them had bacon. It's late, so I didn't bother calling or going back, I should've confirmed my order in detail. But staff should repeat the order back in detail and give a receipt instead of overcharging..

I swear if this wasn’t the closest Wendy’s to my home, I would not come here the customer service is completely horrible. You can say thank you 1 million times And they will ignore you They are extremely rude Whatever old lady Y’all had working In the drive-through tonight, has the biggest attitude after asking me to hold on y’all gotta stop hiring anybody just because y’all need help. There’s no way that I come here at least three times a month Every time I come the staff is rude as hell the entire staff tonight was mean and nasty no type of customer service no training whatsoever please do better!
