The cheeseburger was not cooked all the way the french fries I got were like dry as cardboard and the manager had an attitude about it saying that everything was fresh I don't know how you can stay fresh when you can look at a cheeseburger in the middle of it and see that it was red end the french fries were so dried out they were a definite color she really needs to go have her if I was the owner of this franchise I'd be very concerned

My husband got off a long shift from work and ordered a son of a baconator sandwich at around 5pm so manager you do the deciding on who was there. He got a burger that was nothing but meat and ketchup no cheese and a stale bun why would you give that to someone?? I worked fast food and I know first hand that if that food don’t look right it doesn’t go out the window. He was way too tired to go back in to get someone to correct his order.. yall need to do better anyways taking around 15 minutes to make an order over there anyways.
