If you have 3 hours to kill come here when it’s empty and order some food. It’ll take probably take that long

I’ve had multiple issues at this Wendy’s. I ordered food through the drive-through and was told to pull up into a parking spot. They was waiting on fresh nuggets. After 10 minutes They brought out the food and not the drink. When I let them know, they told me to pull back around to the window. What was the point of me parking in the parking spot for me to pull back around to the window. I could just wait at the window. And there were about five cars in line doesn’t make no sense to me waiting longer for a drink. On top of that fries were cold burger was cold Nuggets was nuke Warm.
I always come here. The girl at the register was so sweet. She usually waits on me, but I do not understand how y’all cannot get a simple order like a Cobb salad correct or why you fail to communicate either you didn’t have any cheese or bacon you left it off and you didn’t tell me I would’ve changed the salad that I chose. It’s sad because, the job you do is simple. I’ve done it before. It’s not hard to communicate. I really want to bring the salad back and throw it in the window, but I left a bad review. I am a Wendy’s app user This makes me want to encourage everyone. I know that eats Wendy’s on a regular basis to go somewhere else y’all need to fix this. If I didn’t have to drive 15 minutes to Fayetteville, I would literally be on my way. Do better people do better.!!!

Do not advertise you are open for breakfast at 6:30 a.m. if you, in fact, are not. Went by this morning at 6:38 a.m. and, despite the lights being on and seeing an employee in the building, no one came to the speaker. I even drove thru twice to make sure.
Im a vet and they said they wasnt doing free breakfast when i made it in time and ALL the others was. I just felt they didnt want to do thier job and very disappointed they turned me away.

Took way too long to be acknowledged at the Drive Thru speaker. Was not given a receipt, straw, and ketchup packets. Asked me to park (which is odd for only 2 cars in line), then had no idea what my order was. After telling them, they still made my food wrong.

Lady was very nice to me, I offered to pay for extra crackers, she said that it was ok, and gave me more, I thanked her and went home to end my day with her kindness as I ate my chili dinner!

Ok I went to this place and try order food and was denied food ask many times the person stop answering my number so rude
Worst place ever terrible customer service they never have hardly anything and never have the berry frosty they need to take that off of the menu all together I've been there at least 10 times trying to get it and every time they never had it. And also had a mobile order to get the berry frosty and it wouldn't let me cancel it so they had to cancel it but it never refunded my money and that was a whole month ago

It's a bit annoying to get in line to then hear mobile orders only to do that and then be told we have none of what you've ordered!! How do you not have Fanta orange and the smallest damn frosty, offered no substitute to rectify just contact the app for a refund.
