They make you wait almost 20 minutes in the drive through for your food then they get it wrong and when you go inside to ask them to fix it they try to make you go to the back of the line and wait without even listening to you after they made a mistake. Trash establishment with even trashier employees and management. It should’ve been closed.

The frys were cold and unsalted and all the frostys we got were sour and smelled awful. I’ve worked fast food and can definitely tell they need to clean out the machine it was gross. The window worker was very sweet this must be a management issue by not having a proper schedule to clean

Why is this location still open. Employees seen smoking pot behind building. Lobby is always locked and they can’t order a truck. They are always out of this and out of that. Not to mentioned rude employees and managers. Close this location. Funny thing is the head quarters is located right behind the store and the store still can function properly. What a waste of space.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a taco salad, a 6 piece nugget and a large frosty. The taco salad was a half empty container of salad and no taco chips with it, the frosty was half full and I had to ask her to fill it and she had an attitude about it and the 6piece nugget I ordered…. They only gave me a 4 piece which I didn’t realize until after driving away.

Ordered a small fry and the son of a baconator Fries were under cooked and the little burger had one patty and 1 piece of bacon. Don't eat at this Wendy's the one on Yakin road is much better

I got a Junior bacon cheeseburger and when I got home and opened it there was 2 bites missing nd it was smushed Then the manager told me she watched them made my sandwich Will not be eating here again

I just left Wendy’s and they mess up my food they need close it down the other day I wait 45 for my food they need hire some people who care about people food and who going get the order right because I’m tired of waste my money ain’t no way I spend 15 on ay #9 I told the girl at the window do yall got my food rite she say yea and they didn’t give me my 🍟 but I never eat there again they morning shift better
