Food is usually good but they never open on time especiallyon mondays and Tuesdays. There is one employee there that's pretty chill but the rest are rude as hell. They never have the lobby open and I often place orders online. Most likely not returning

I don't like to leave a bad review, but this time I have to. The lady who takes the orders is very rude, and has a bad attitude when taking the order, it's not my fault that her speaker doesn't work properly, and then when I get to the window she looks at me horrible. I have to tell the lady to smile at life. No matter how ugly she is, smiling makes her beautiful and by not smiling her lip is falling off.

worst wendy's in fayetteville. i come here very often it's by my house and open late. food is ALWAYS cold unless requested hot tonight 12/20/24 i waited 30 minutes for cold food and there was only 2 orders on the screen. horrible and ghetto
Worst Wendy's.!! I ordered from doordash. They told my dasher someone else picked it up...didn't follow instructions food was cold and threw whatever condiments THEY wanted me to have. I should've just ordered the " give me whatever you want to give me who cares what I ordered meal " The " No need for it to be hot..ill reheat it at home meal " This facility gets a 0 !!

I want to give Meme and Jaylan were awesome and patient with me. I had recently had issues at another location so I came over here and the service was impeccable. There was a new guy on the register, but he did great. He didn’t get confused and he was patient and very willing to help. These people deserve a raise thank you I’m gonna go home and enjoy my salad!

Very rude customer service! Went thru the drive thru withy mother. My mother asked what type of deals they had for the biggie bags, a d she asked if does any of them come with more then one Burger. She started raising her voice oh my god oh my god man there's no extra burgers in those bags!!! So we just left because she was very unprofessional and was getting an attitude the whole time
