I frequent this location very often during my lunch hour. The staff and management are always very kind. My food is always hot and has all accessories needed for my meal. Thanks ladies for always being on top of the customers experience. Mine is always spendid.

I just left the drive thru, the young man who took our order and was working the window has an amazing attitude and gives excellent customer service. All we got was a frosty and a coke, they were good, but his attitude left quite the impression.

Hi! I'm writing this review because of the person I interacted with at the space where they take your order. I had a question about my online order (trying to see if I could get my drink without ice because I didn't see that as an option on the app) and he was just above and beyond kind. Wonderful vibes, very sweet, didn't feel like i was a bother or being rushed at all, and he was able to get me my drink without ice. He was so kind that I called the Wendy's about 30 minutes later so that I could add his name to this review.

Crooked Paradox
Overall, a good Wendy's. The parking lot is a little rough, but usable, and it's not always the most friendliest of service. However, the food is always accurate and always quick. As far as fast food goes, I think that's all we can ask for.

The employees that work at the Wendy's on Ramsey Street Fayetteville North Carolina are not friendly at all everyone has a very :-( They look like they're not happy to be there. The one manager is so rude and I have given her chance after chance to redeem herself I went in there today to order a kids meal and they just gave me a hamburger and I said that I had ordered the kids mail and she wanted to argue that I didn't say that when I know what I ordered. I don't recommend going to this Wendy's

Don’t get me wrong, the food is always good. But I went here a few days ago (and just to preface I haven’t gotten a meal from here since I was a child) so when I got a burger and the person on the headset asked if I wanted a meal, I automatically said no. I then added fries and a frosty, I didn’t know that that was what the meal consisted of when upgrading the drink. So when I added the items by themselves the person on the headset laughed at me and said that is the meal. Then said never mind and cut off the headset, still laughing at me. Alright, I’m a bit embarrassed because I didn’t know but whatever. Then I get to the window, and apparently the car behind me did the exact same thing I did and she laughed at them, talking bad about us to her co workers with the window open while I can hear everything. At that point I’m just mad. I’m sorry I didn’t know about the upgraded meal and it seems to have been too difficult for the worker to just inform me without making me feel stupid for it.

What a great location! Usually when one walks in to order fast food and it's busy, the front counter receives exceptionally slow service because staff focuses on the drive-thru. Not here!! Staff were cheerful and did a great job communicating with each other and guests. I had two special order sandwiches for my family. Both were correct, fresh, and not smashed together in haste. I look forward to dining here again when I'm in the area.😁

The manager Melinda is rude and told me to call back to replace the food that I didn't get the night prior in the drive thru and when I did today ..which had to be 3xs. She answered and after each conversation she said ok and hung up! And then the guy at the drive thru window couldn't count out change ! Not dollars but a few cents and thought it was funny as Ms.Melinda had to help him and not once acknowledge me being in the Drive-Thru and do not acknowledge to make sure my food was correct or not she has continued on with her snotty rude behavior a definite will not go back and it definitely I will call corporate this is the fourth time I've had to deal with some nasty rude people being managers at this restaurant drive thru!!!
