Payed for double burgers got singles took way too long for that and the lettuce and tomato on one of them looked terrible never eat here the service is abysmal and the food tastes mediocre compared to other options you have in that area. This trash heap is a complete ripoff

The ghettoooooooooo location 🤦🏾♀️ always rude, but this night it was ok the guy at the window was actually decent. Food crappy and they never seem to get the order correct. I have went as far as to speaking with DM and there is still no accountability at this location

Omgosh, this was the rudest they have ever treated us. They did not take our order correctly and did not have white milk. We were willing to take chocolate milk instead. When we told them one of the burgers were a specific way, and after we paid, they were going to charge us extra, then we told no keep it.. They would not even talk to us. Then they forgot an item, and we had tonwait 3 minutes before they even acknowledge, they were walking back and forth from the window. we were still there, and then they did not say have a good night, and when I said it to the lady, she rolled her eyes.

If you place a mobile order via the Wendy's app and click pick up in drive thru the employees will argue with you and say you need to come inside to pick up your food. The employees may have had it confused with a door dash order, because they kept saying all door dashers need to come inside, but when I tried to explain that It was a mobile order for myself not a door dash more arguing came. They said I was holding up the line because they had to make my order, I said don't you have to make the order for everyone who orders in the drive thru (no one was behind me btw).

This is one of the more pleasant locations. The staff's attitude are a lot better than MANY of the other Fayetteville locations. The best in Fayetteville is the Shibo Road store!!! The Worst for Attitudes and Customer Service is The Yadkin Store!!! You order in the app to get Your rewards, but when You approach the counter, You are treated as if You are inconveniencing them in the WORST way!! 'I Can't scan that!, I Need to know what You are ordering FIRST!!, You Need to blow it up!!, Our Prices have changed, so I don't CARE what Your phone says!!!! These are the most recent conversations with the front end staff. If they don't like CUSTOMER SERVICE, or their jobs; they should go elsewhere and let someone WHO DOES WORK THERE!!!!! You loose interest in a place that has ghetto service reps!!
