I stay bout a mile away. I went through the drive-thru to order some food. Came back home immediately seen they missed up my order, missing fries and the wrong sandwich. When I called back the manager got put on the phone and she said she couldn't give me the correct order and that their employees didn't give me a receipt. I told her I just was there one minute ago you can look at the cameras or remember me.. but still wouldn't correct my order or even just gave me my money back after bringing the food back.

I ordered the big stack meal no pickles. My cheese was not melted I asked could my cheese be melted. The cashier acted like it was a problem so I kindly asked for my sandwich back and told her I will call corporate. If you’re working in fast food please make sure you have the right attitude because you’re going to work with the public daily. Having a nasty attitude and preparing people food doesn’t mix!!

The customer service here is horrible. There needs to be some training for employees(etiquette training).I know a lot of young people work at this establishment, but there still needs to be accountability.

The fact that they’re so obsessed with keeping their times down is atrociously sad. Having somebody get ‘pulled’ (aka out of the drive thru so that they can clear the order and save time) for a SINGLE CHEESEBURGER is dumb. Glad to wait fifteen minutes for a cheeseburger that would take a kindergartner less than a minute to make. Only good thing I can say is the Hispanic guy was phenomenal and positive.

I ordered the Biggie bag asked for HOT FRESH food and received lukewarm, but I only asked for the fries to be redone. They asked me to.pull up for fresh fries and I was rushed on both occasions by (who seem to be the manager).

Listen, I will definitely pass this location straight! I went to the drive thru, only cash or mobile orders were accepted...I sat there and placed a mobile order because I never use cash. Went back to pick up my order and the service was horrendous to say the least. I waited exactly 25 minutes 😡 on the drive thru to get my order which was only 2 combos...the supervisor/manager (male, glasses, dreadlocks) have no business in the service profession. His attitude was terrible, not even an apology for the long wait and to top it all off, my food was COLD! Never again!!! 😡😡

Rarely eat at Wendy's but decided to try. Sat in the drive thru. No cars ahead of me and waited almost 10min for the person to take my order. Drove away cause it defeats the purpose of going to get fast food and waiting that long just to wait.

I tried the honey barbecue nuggets and they taste amazing. A mobile order was placed and food was ready right on time when I went to go pick up the order. I definitely think they had great service here at this location.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE SLOWEST WENDYS...not a single person in that building knows what they are doing. 40 mins wait for doordash order is crazy. And its always like this!!!! Will not be receiving my money again.
