Good service they just never have anything ice cream wise it’s really just sucky and they are always slow when it comes to the orders having us pull to the front I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for a single burger and icecrean

Drive-Thru cashier was rude and just kept asking "what else" as if inconvenienced every time we paused for even a moment, basically threw the bag at us without a second glance.
Food was subpar, both the chicken wrap and crispy sandwich tasted off and the wrap didn't have any of the ranch it claimed to have on the menu.

Ordered food to dine in and they bagged it to go, got a baked potato and it was so cold it would not melt the butter, chicken sandwich made incorrectly, did not have items on menus. Will not be back

Ordered 2 biggie meals and they look like 2 kiddie meals. Burgers are ridiculously small and not as advertised. That aside, they forgot my condiments on the burger and forgot a whole large fry. Just stop ordering wendys they suck but especially this location. Was cold as well

With no vehicles ahead or behind me, I waited approximately 15 mins for (2) breakfast sandwich meals... The food arrived hot; but in comparison to the Cliffdale location's food and service, (Yadkin) has much work ahead...!! My 1st interaction at the window was much less than desirable... No true greeting to make me feel my business was appreciated... The entire overall experience was less than professional; and this is my 2nd such experience with this location... I will not be visiting again...

Food was fresh, coming from someone who worked fast food years ago I'll say try not to hold personal conversations while drive through window is still open. Once money is recieved door shouldn't be open.
I didn't notice it much until we got home but just curious why Wendy's still using Halloween bags and Halloween toys for the kids bags. It's Thanksgiving almost Christmas lol.

We ordered just fine with two separate orders. We get the window, manager was friendly even going with the accident I said while ordering which we found as a very good sign. We get half of our order. The baconator fries. We got the whole second order of ten spicy nuggets and large fry. Missing all of our sauces. We get half our food they say “have a good night” and we sat there figuring they forgot we had a second order. Some lady comes out and asks if we’re waiting on something and we let them know what we were waiting on. The lady comes back out and said “there’s nothing we can do about it because my manager knows he bagged it and he’s not having it tonight” having what? All of our order in the bag? She comes back out and brings receipts and we tell her again what we did have and what we were missing and she says “my manager bagged it so I know for a fact it’s in the bag” so I grabbed all the food to show them. She brought out the manager and I held the food out the window to show them we are in FACT missing food. They left without saying anything besides “where is she” and then the finally brought us the rest of our food, no apologies or anything. The disrespect. Check your orders before leaving the drive thru!! We’re kind of sad about not having our ghost pepper ranch.

Had to wait 20 minutes after ordering to find out I was being overcharged for a baconator because she “didn’t have the right button on her screen.” They’re not getting away with charging ME for more than I ordered. Incompetence EVERY TIME I go here. Just go to McDonald’s instead.

Easily one of the slowest fast food experiences in my life. They know they are getting paid by the hour, not by the amount of work they do.
It seems that every Wendys location in Fayetteville is just slow, slow, slow.
