I never thought you’d have to read reviews on Wendy’s before you go, but after this encounter I will.2/28 at around 8pm I went to get a $1 Dave’s single (deal on app) and a frosty. There were 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru. After no movement and about 15 min time two cars left in front of me and many more that were behind me left.I pulled up to the window and was told to wait. About 5 min later I placed my order. When I got to the window I was told that they don’t have a scanner so they couldn’t apply my deal. I asked the guy at the window to override the price and he called the “manager” over. She repeated they had no scanner, I said can you overrride it plz. She claimed she couldn’t. I said I have had this done before, she became argumentative saying I couldn’t use a deal 5 times a day. I kinda laughed, surprised and said I haven’t used a deal or been to Wendy’s in weeks… literally offered to show her in the app to see my last visit.Then that wasn’t the issue anymore and it became the excuse of you have to order the deal through the app. I showed her the deal was for in restaurant use and she said she just took a class and learned it is only on mobile order. Then why in the app does it allow me to load it for in restaurant use inside the app?Basically she argued with me at the window for about 5 min and I did my best to be extra polite. She came across as just wanting to create problems. I know it’s a little Wendy’s job but she isn’t capable of managing anything. I will never return to this location and I advise anyone to avoid it at all costs.Literally was the worst “service” experience I’ve ever had. These people should be ashamed and with their work ethic, they should not be surprised where they are at. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone move slower than those workers.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is joke. Always have to wait for a long time in drive thru. Pulled up to the window to order and was told to use door dash. It seems like it's always something when I go there. They just need to shut this location down,cause don't no one work there anyways.

i placed a mobile order and attempted to go through the drive though. i was greeted with “we are only taking doordash and ubereats orders at this time.” personally, this just sounds like lazy staff trying to do less work. it makes no sense that they couldn’t take a mobile order or even a regular order. i hope higher-ups will be notified about this because it is unacceptable as i just wasted my money and will be taking it elsewhere.

THIS WENDYS NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!!!! Whatever you do do not eat here. They have roaches. I found one in my food. It baffles me how when asking for food you are approached with eye rolling and aggression. Besides the bad attitudes, when is a health worker going to do an inspection on this dirty roach infested Wendy's ????? Please don't waste your time or money here !

I ordered online today so I could avoid having to deal with their rude miserable selfs today and then I got there and the lady in the window said “we ain’t got it” tf you mean bruh ?so I had to contact DoorDash and get my stuff refunded bc the restaurant supposedly didn’t have my order but ion know I bet you they would lie about it cuz this store is trash
