Trash. 8 workers and 2 managers in the back yet we wait 10 minutes to even speak to the person at the register. Wait to place order just to leave bc they never have the promotions that they put signs out for. I'd be embarrassed to own this store.

My order was perfect
Right now at the drive-through they’ve got a stuck up person she couldn’t even mark my Coke and Dr Pepper and then when I asked her about it, she completely ignored me. This is some world where these young children can’t even speak to their customers. She was on her phone the entire time.

It's the worst, slowest service ever! And you want to charge me $12 on average for a meal. Wake up people eat somewhere else. Save your gas, time, and money. They make you wait 20 minutes in line and can't even provide courteous customer service! Again, spend your money somewhere else.

I dont think I’ve ever had a good experience here. Theres always something wrong. The workers are awful and Im sure it’s hard when nothing works here but getting your order wrong every time you go is nothing but impressive. Management and the franchise owner obviously don’t give af because nothing ever changes. I am thinking of using my retirement funds to open up my own franchise location right next door just to drive them out of business. Thats how much I hate this location.

They shut their lobby after Covid. They must have hated customers and cleaning because four years later it's still closed. I remember when it used to be a good place to eat. Not anymore. This place needs to go under and let another restaurant open up that is worth eating at.

The drive through was only taking 1 order and not taking the next till they got the order out. I gave up on that and decided to go in. When I got inside, I saw there was only one person working in the entire restaurant, however, I passed three employees who were out in the parking lot on smoke breaks… See attached picture… The store was disgusting with, food and paper on the floor and everything dirty in the prep areas. The poor lady who was actually working look like she was about to cry. I would highly advise people to stay away from this Wendy’s!

I’m sorry but these young kids are rude as hell. If you don’t like your job, customer service isn’t the place. First, I ordered a large meal and got cold, small fries, in a large container. I went to ask for the manager and the kids told me they were the manager, and I probably ate the fries, lol. Ok cool. I told them my “cooked fresh burger was cold too”, and they told me to leave and maybe I shouldn’t come back. I understand now why this place has a low rating. Please do better hiring people. EVER AGAIN!!! Thankfully my car has a camera and I have everything on video!

It's is nearly 10 am...... your lobby opens at 9... please tell me why your lobby is still closed. Customers can't even come in to sit down and order. Customers can't even use the restroom because your lobby is still closed. It's almost like y'all don't want the extra money. Drive through line was ridiculously long so I'll go spend my money else where as I'm sure many others have already done. Sucks to lose out on money simply because you don't want to open your lobby
