Gillis hill wendys needs a lot of work. Staff unfriendly and nongreeting. Store was dirty with no business. Its start of lunch and I get cold fries with a hot sandwich. The standards that wendys had when I was working for the company have gone out the windows. Not a fan of that store.

The ice machine was out of ice. The baked potato was so cold the butter would not melt. Ordered with chili, had none. Had to return to counter for chili. The fries were cold, took them back for hot ones. The hamburger bun fell apart in two pieces trying to eat it. There were no little cups for the ketchup. I will not go back to that Wendy's because overall, I was totally disappointed & unhappy. We were the only customers there for 90 percent of the meal and rushing was not the issue. The Wendy's we visited was on Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC close to Raeford, NC.

This is supposed to be a jr bacon cheeseburger and when I called back up there to tell the manager what happened she responding by saying I saw the tapes he made it correctly. What is correct about this? No cheese no lettuce and no bacon. Never come back again.

Lady on the drive through was extremely rude and lied saying I couldn’t use my keychain for a free frosty with out making an additional purchase which was a lie. The keychain even say that.

Burger was cold and poorly made, spent over $9 for a horrible burger and a medium fry. I touched the patty and it was like they pulled it out the fridge! If I hadn’t of pulled of and needed to get home I would’ve asked for a refund

Do not place a mobile order here. No lettuce, no iced tea, no accommodations. Placed the order almost 10 minutes ago and still was told to pull up and wait for my food. I'm currently waiting for my order that will have no lettuce and a drink I don't like. I only drink sweet tea and water. Won't be back.
Has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Customer service is terrible, always seems like they have an attitude. Food is bad constantly getting food that is old or wilted. Never feel welcome.

If there was a zero star that's what they would receive. Went in there was 2 customer's. I sat there 10 minutes never received my food. Then 3 guys walked in, they all got there food was eating I went to check on my food. Order was never even started.. The guy employee went to restroom an I know for sure there wasn't any soap in there an he went right back to work. After sitting there 15 minutes I asked for my money back. The employees were to busy laughing an joking around.Won't be returning back to this location. Would not recommend..

Food turned out to be hot and made the way i ordered it. Service on the other hand is where this location is lacking. Ordered a combo meal and it took 14 minutes for them to make it. As was eating in watched others place orders and they also had 10 to 12 minutes of waiting. Seams like the drive-through was definitely getting priority over dine in customers. Didn't look like they were under staffed just didn't look like getting customers in and out was a priority so if you have a certain time frame for a lunch brake you might want to look for a different FAST FOOD place..
