I don't go to Weiner works to eat Weiner 🌭 I go for their hamburger deluxe 😋 always so fresh and juicy and mouth watering uggh and their crispy thin fries are so perfect. Their are a bunch of angels working in this establishment always so clean and professional 👏

I went to Weiner works on raeford rd yesterday, they don’t have bright leaf hot dogs on menu, so I ordered the one that says hot dog, get my hot dog look inside and it’s a white looking hot dog, I backed up went in and stated to the manager, I wanted a bright leaf hot dog, he said you have to say red hot dog, so I said can I switch it out because I didn’t even know what kind of hot dog that was. The manager and cashier up there saying you will have to pay full price for another hot dog, on top of the $3.23 I already paid! The bright leaf hot dog was $3.45, so I was like why can’t I just pay the difference, oh they couldn’t do that, I said ok, just give me my refund, oh we’re not allowed to give refunds, so you telling me if I want a red hot dog, I got to pay $7 for 1 hot dog? Yes, that’s the policy, we will get fired if we switch it out or give refunds and there is cameras in here! I said you got to be kidding me! I had never heard of it!! Insane!!! I called the police, probably sound crazy but I did, I wanted them to make these people give me my money back, but unfortunately there was nothing to do but leave a review and don’t eat at this location! 🤦♀️ where is compassion or customer satisfaction, you rather lose customers than to look over a customer making a mistake ordering the wrong hot dog, mind you I’ve only been there twice! The word we living in today!!!

This place used to be more inviting and friendly service. I stopped in for lunch during my work break (which is limited time) and was unable to get my food due to not having change. Which is crazy to me. Employees state they have signs posted but not one sign was posted at the time for not accepting a $50. Which was literally the ONLY thing I had. I was told to go get change and come back which is also very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location at all in the future. Sad to say because I am a local from this town and grew up going to a wiener works location every Sunday with my family. And now I don’t even want to refer my family or friends to this location. Please do better.

Absolutely the best hotdogs anywhere. I have not been to this resturant in over 20 years. So happy everything taste the same. Ladies up front were super nice... kudos to both of them and the nice gentleman who gave us our food. Now who can I talk to about building one in spout springs on 87 north. 😀
