They got my order wrong on the inside workers and then I tried to get it corrected and they got an attitude about fixing my order and made me pay twice for hushpuppies that she had already ordered and paid for. They said they could not give away food well who the hell asked them to. Just do your job and get stuff right the first time and drop the attitude!!!!

I went to Weiner works on raeford rd yesterday, they don’t have bright leaf hot dogs on menu, so I ordered the one that says hot dog, get my hot dog look inside and it’s a white looking hot dog, I backed up went in and stated to the manager, I wanted a bright leaf hot dog, he said you have to say red hot dog, so I said can I switch it out because I didn’t even know what kind of hot dog that was. The manager and cashier up there saying you will have to pay full price for another hot dog, on top of the $3.23 I already paid! The bright leaf hot dog was $3.45, so I was like why can’t I just pay the difference, oh they couldn’t do that, I said ok, just give me my refund, oh we’re not allowed to give refunds, so you telling me if I want a red hot dog, I got to pay $7 for 1 hot dog? Yes, that’s the policy, we will get fired if we switch it out or give refunds and there is cameras in here! I said you got to be kidding me! I had never heard of it!! Insane!!! I called the police, probably sound crazy but I did, I wanted them to make these people give me my money back, but unfortunately there was nothing to do but leave a review and don’t eat at this location! 🤦‍♀️ where is compassion or customer satisfaction, you rather lose customers than to look over a customer making a mistake ordering the wrong hot dog, mind you I’ve only been there twice! The word we living in today!!!

Poor service my order was wrong and I tried several times to call and talk to someone and no one answered the phone..
My hot dog was not correct and despite waiting for over 10 min my fries were cold.
No one answered the phone..

Went inside to order, no one inside dining, one car in drive thru, 3 people working, not once were we acknowledged standing at the counter. Left after 3 people walked past us several times and never said a word. I like the food but service at this restaurant is crap!

Was a little disappointed because they didn't have what I wanted, but the substitution was just as great! First time trying them...Food was hot, and the prices weren't bad!! Go, Weiner Works!!

If you don't like slaw don't go, they put whatever they want on your order. I had my order fixed 3 times before I gave up.
