Terrible customer service we went in and ordered 2 hotdogs and 2 fries. Waited for 20 minutes or maybe even longer. There were 4 people in there and all they were focusing on was the drive thru. When I asked for a refund because we had to leave because we had an appointment they proceeded to tell me they didn’t give refunds. This will be the last time I visit and eat there. They never one time apologized for the inconvenience.

My mom ordered a hot dog and asked the lady politely 3 separate times for there to be no onions on her hot dog. We got the hot dog and as we drove away, noticed that there were onions. She asked the lady at the drive thru if she could have one without onions and tried to give it back. The lady shut the door without saying a word and got her manager, he then proceeded to say that the drive thru lady confirmed her order at the drive thru and that it is not her fault ?? Even though that wasn’t true he goes on to say she can buy another hot dog but he won’t be doing anything about this otherwise we can leave?? My mom likes wiener works and I was so disheartened at this service. We informed him that we weren’t going to argue about a hot dog and left…

Worst experience ever at any Restaurant!! Went through the drive thru and ordered a hot dog all the way with no onions. When i received it there were onions on it. Drove back around and informed the person at the window it wasn’t supposed to have onions on it. She just rudely closed the window and a man appeared which I am assuming was the manager and said i didn’t ask for no onions and I would have to pay for another one!! He was very rude and unprofessional!! I will never go back!!

Can't believe people still eat here. Owners are disgusting and treat their employees horrible by providing a hostel and unsafe work environment. Food is just terrible. Stop supporting them.

First time eating in, and some manager named DEREK starts treating his female subordinates like absolute garbage. Left a taste so foul in my mouth I couldn't even taste the food. Fired one girl on the spot. Just an awful way to conduct a business. I refuse to eat anywhere that can't even respect their staff enough to treat them like human beings.

Ordered a footling and chili walk to my car took a bite, both items purchased were cold, raw, not warm, not hot, not cooked, walked and was met with hostility to have the nerve to complain, and then was told food is made(not cooked) to order and I couldn't get a refund! This particular wiener works is trash! Do not patronize this location, horrible food, horrible service and they do not value customers or maybe a melanated customer they do not value, either way, go to sonic or Hardee's for a good thoroughly cooked hotdogs & food, along with great customer service.

Charged me twice and refused to reimburse me or replaced the food in kind. They claimed it would come off my bank account so I waited a few days and its still there. I returned and explained that the money came out of my account and they still refused to make good on their mistake! Sorry business!!
Driving by saw a sign "Big Fish Friday $2.99". Great grab one on the way home. Decided to order a combo (milkshake and onion ringa). Total $12.68. checked receipt and I was charged $4.59 for the fish sandwich, $3.99 shake, and 3.19 onion rings. Bottom line overpriced. First visit in twenty plus years. Now I remember why.

First time visit- 12-/11/25. Front counter help was very kind and helpful. She took our orders then handed us over to someone else always through so she could take a drive through order. They had heaters in the customer eating areas. We ate our hot dogs with chili and our hamburger with chili. Those were good but we loved the French fries. The eggnog milkshake was very tasty as we. We will try to visit again when it is not so cold.

The service was good, and I asked the cashier how was the food she replied she didn't know well the food was horrible and the restaurant was dirty. The floors were sticky, and the tables were dirty. It showed me that the owners didn't care based on other reviews the reviews are proving right
