For the last few Wednesday's that my family has ordered from this establishment the order has been wrong. After I brought it to the stores attention it has been fixed. Today however the Manager was the rudest person ever. We ordered 3 footlongs 3 fries and a burger...2 all the way and 1 with ketchup, mustard, and chili only...they gave us regular hotdogs..when we brought the order back....they take the bag that contained the hot dogs and fries from the car and back into the store through the window...take the hot dogs out and then bring me back the now cold fries talking about they are not going to remake the fries but they will remake the hotdogs. I'm like ma'am but y'all had to put your hands all over them fries to get the hot dogs out...spoke to the manager and she with the worst attitude was like we won't supposed to take the bag anyway-i can not remake the fries...to which I said but you did..then we said let's just get our money back...the manager takes our receipt and disappears...when she comes back she hands us our receipt that she has written "Nancy Martin whole order refund". She then explains that she as the manager doesn't have the ability to do refunds. I ask for a number to contact someone higher up and she says there isnt one...so basically they just kept $28We have been customers of this established since it opened...it is a Wednesday tradition for us as we live less than a mile away. From here own out we will pay the extra and go to Sonic.

Today, I Went To The Weiner Works On Hopemills Road To Get 2 Foot Long Hot Deluxe Hot Dogs Combo and Cheeseburger Combo For My Brother. They Give Me All These Combos In This One Small Bag with Everthing Stuffed In There and The Bag Busting Open. They Even Give Me Cold Fries!! Mind You, I Am Still At The Window Never Pulled Off!! I Told Them This Is Bad Customer Service and This is Not How You Handle Customer Food. I Gave Them The Cold Fries and The Whole Order Back Through The Window. The tables and benches were dirty and sticky. There is so much grime on the seats, main doors to the bathrooms and even a mold line on the side of the wall about maybe a foot off the floor. Wasn't even greeted when walking up to give order. When she brought the food to the table we said thank you, no response from her at all. The onion rings were cold and very greasy, and yes ik it's fast food but you could have rung the grease out of them. And for about $3 we got 3 onion rings. No complaint on the rest of the food. Even when they were not busy, nobody was trying to clean anything. This is the Hope Mills Rd one. My first time, I'll never go back to that location. I am honestly not sure I'll try another location as it doesn't seem like owners care about the look of their establishment.

I'm not really sure why people do what they do. The problem is that the food cost too much, and you guys want to get paid a ridiculous amount of money for you to blatantly mess up an order. Asked for a footlong Ketchup, Mustard, Chili, and Cheese. I watched the order come up to the front. The girl that took my order asked about the footlong, then the cook said "oh I didn't see that on the ticket, and then she proceeds to put it in the bag like it wasn't a problem, and then hand it to me. If you knew there was an issue why didn't you fix the problem. That's straight crazy to me. None of this would be a problem if I didn't HATE onions.
