We went through the drive through and ordered 1 polish dog, 1 hot dog, and 1 small onion rings. There were 4 cars in front of us and it took 30 minutes to receive our food. It took us 10 minutes at the front window to receive our food. This location also does not accept cash. We waited so long that I went inside to use the restroom. There are two toilets inside one stall— what?? The restaurant is filthy, workers are slow, and don’t care. The hot dog was mushy and gross and the onion rings were cooked well but overly greasy.

I just left there and had to throw my food out. The server did something to each item I ordered:1. Excessive use of salt (clearly intentionally and maliciously done)2. Dirt in my tea (or something scraped from the grill)3. Hotdog was smashed and had almost nothing on it but onion4. Burger was not right to the point I opened it and checked the rest of my food.This was between 7 and 7:20pm on April 2nd of 2024. It was the ramsey street location. It was a plump brownskin lady that took my order.

Customer service is horrible. Restaurant is nasty and they don't get your order right. Ask for extra Chilli and paid for it and didn't get it. I will not be going there again

My dad and I went, both got the 1/4 pound burger deluxe. it was supposed to come with ketchup, mayo, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, and tomatoes. the tomatoes and onions were cut way too thick and were cold, lettuce was too thin and scattered around the burger, more mayo than meat, barely any ketchup, and there was ONE pickle on the ENTIRE burger. the patty was warm, but with some ingredients being cold, it didn't mix. tomatoes and patty were mushy, and the entire restaurant was filthy. the menus weren't too clean, either.

I was being cheap and decided to try something new as it was on sale. I got the chicken sandwich and regretted it. Was told it came with Mayo, lettuce and pickle when I asked. It only had lettuce and pickles, no mayo so I had to stop at Burger King for some mayo packets. The flavor of the sandwich was the grease it was cooked in, no spices could be tasted at all. Then the last thing I want to point out is the nasty layer of hand filth and dirt that's on the handle of the drive thru window. They came to the window and opened it with gloves to hand me my food which means two things, one they went right back to grabbing more food with the same gloves and secondly wearing gloves means they likely don't wash their hands often enough. I won't return to this location
