I went to Weiner works on raeford rd yesterday, they don’t have bright leaf hot dogs on menu, so I ordered the one that says hot dog, get my hot dog look inside and it’s a white looking hot dog, I backed up went in and stated to the manager, I wanted a bright leaf hot dog, he said you have to say red hot dog, so I said can I switch it out because I didn’t even know what kind of hot dog that was. The manager and cashier up there saying you will have to pay full price for another hot dog, on top of the $3.23 I already paid! The bright leaf hot dog was $3.45, so I was like why can’t I just pay the difference, oh they couldn’t do that, I said ok, just give me my refund, oh we’re not allowed to give refunds, so you telling me if I want a red hot dog, I got to pay $7 for 1 hot dog? Yes, that’s the policy, we will get fired if we switch it out or give refunds and there is cameras in here! I said you got to be kidding me! I had never heard of it!! Insane!!! I called the police, probably sound crazy but I did, I wanted them to make these people give me my money back, but unfortunately there was nothing to do but leave a review and don’t eat at this location! 🤦♀️ where is compassion or customer satisfaction, you rather lose customers than to look over a customer making a mistake ordering the wrong hot dog, mind you I’ve only been there twice! The word we living in today!!!
Good food and very affordable

The food is gross, they expect their employees to work if they are sick, they have no respect for their staff or customers they don't properly train their employees, the food is reheated if to much was made at one time.
The french fries is way too salty
Went to Wiener Works for a quick bite, I ordered 2 corn dogs and a little drink, the employee thought I said little frank and rang me up for a plain hot dog. I asked for my cup and she said I didn’t order one and showed me the ticket. I said I ordered 2 corn dogs and a little drink. She apologized and rang me up a drink but would not refund the hot dog. She said it was against store policy and she could get fired. I had to pay for a drink, no refund, no trade, nothing. I’m somewhat amazed by that logic.

Thank you "Zyara" for the excellent customer service. I didn't realize that there were gorgeous women working at Weiner Works. The hotdogs and hamburgers are absolutely delicious.
Very, very terrible service they were taking care of the drive-through we came aside to eat only had two orders. I need to have a limit on the drive-through no more than two orders per car
We waited 20 minutes for two hotdogs and two fries unbelievable. It doesn’t take that long to make a hotdog.
After the long wait, we asked for a refund and they said they didn’t have a refund policy, which is very unacceptable. Every company has a refund policy of some sort or some kind of complementary meal.
This particular night crew is amazing! Every time I come to town I stop at this Weiner works and the crew is top tier for service, making the food exactly how we want, and friendliness! Unmatched and they all deserve a raise. I only go to this location no matter the distance. The crew names are Anthony Boone Ava kuryla , Zee, Carmela and Celine Bautista and Tabitha meddler

I love hot dogs....and there is no other hot dog I would rather eat than a footlong deluxe from wiener works. The perfect side is a fry delight and a cherry soda. I have been going there since 1978 (Raeford Road location).

Wiener Works, located at 3402 Raeford Road in Fayetteville, North Carolina, has been a cherished local establishment since its inception in 1973. Over the years, it has built a reputation for serving some of the finest hot dogs in the area.
Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the warm and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to guide me through their extensive menu. Their patience and kindness made the ordering process a delightful experience, especially for a first-time visitor.
The menu boasts a diverse selection of hot dogs, each prepared with meticulous attention to detail. From the classic chili dog to the foot-long deluxe adorned with mustard, onions, chili, cheese, and slaw, there’s something to satisfy every palate. The hot dogs are steamed to perfection, ensuring a juicy and flavorful bite every time.
The establishment’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their service. It’s rare to find a place where the staff’s dedication enhances the overall dining experience so profoundly.
For those who consider themselves food critics or simply appreciate a well-crafted meal, Wiener Works is a must-visit. And if you do stop by, be sure to say hello to Big Frank on my behalf.
In a world where exceptional service and culinary expertise can be hard to come by, Wiener Works stands out as a beacon of excellence. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in Fayetteville.

If I could rate it at -10 I would. I went to this location and was excited to get my hot dogs. After waiting a while in the drive through, I finally get my hotdogs and get ready to eat it and there is hair right on top of it. I went in and tried to talk to the so called “manager” he offers to remake it but I express how I’d rather not have food remade because how do I know that all of the food isn’t contaminated. I request a refund and he declines. There was nothing posted about food being a final sale. I will never visit this location ever again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

This establishment exudes an overwhelming atmosphere of discontent that is hard to ignore. The level of cleanliness is strikingly poor, with layers of dirt and grime accumulating in the most unexpected corners, creating a sense of neglect. The staffing is alarmingly insufficient, leaving guests feeling like their presence goes unnoticed as they wait far too long for assistance. The pace of service is agonizingly slow, fostering a growing sense of frustration among patrons who yearn for prompt attention. Overall, the ambiance is profoundly uninviting, casting a shadow of unease over the prospect of a return visit. It seems that the establishment remains oblivious to the pressing issues at hand, particularly regarding the lackluster mixing of ingredients and the unsightly condition of the counters, which only add to the feeling of disregard.

First they gave me a cold hard biscuit that they said they made fresh that morning so they made it again and it was stale. I asked for a refund they said they made it in good faith and do not give refunds. Their sandwich was disgusting. I will never go back there.
