Customer service was respectable, however food was cold when I received order in addition when I arrived the cooks had already had cooked chicken prepared on the counter so that explains why food was cold .

I called today Dec 12 at 251 pm to order ahead and told them that I will pick up at 315. I didn’t get here til 344 pm. I paid for my orders thinking that my order was ready but unfortunately the food I ordered was not processed and I still have to wait for them to cook my wings. I waited patiently but I noticed that nothing was being done to my order so I had to go the register and ask where my order was and they still cannot figure out what happened. I had to ask how long do I have to wait since the customer service sucks and no one wants to take responsibility and I was told 5 mins. Not going back to this store ever!! So unprofessional!

Ordered a 100 piece and food came out very quick and hot, love the assistance from the cashiers and the cooks making the food with love and positivity ☺️☺️

These people are childish not sure if they are properly trained or even know what customer service is supposed to be. I work in customer service and if my customers received this bad service I would be embarrassed.

This is the second order we've had from this location that has forgotten some of our food. Last week we were supposed to have fries with our delivery order and they were left out. This week the fried corn was left out of our order. They are 50% from the orders we've had on delivery. When we call they ask if we want to come pick it up, which no I don't that's why we ordered delivery service. I don't understand this since the delivery order is right from their website.

I ordered via Wingstop app. I was a bit hesitant because in the past my order wouldn’t be ready as it stated. Well tonight my wings were cooked perfectly and on time as advertised! Lorianna and the cook did an amazing job on my wings and service.

The quality of food significantly poor, the dipping sauce tastes watered down or adulterated.
The wings lack sauce or seasoning which causes one to lose an appetite for the wings. I find myself guessing whether or not it's the franchise or the location of the establishment and its management. I've had their wings twice and still same unappealing experience.

Customer service was A1 very sweet, nice young ladies. Fellas in the back AS THEY SHOULD BE but y’all gotta clean up your work conversation and appearance. Whoever owns this should give the crew that worked tonight A RAISE because they do a good job, wait time IS ridiculous but I blame wingstop for only having 1 on the BUSIEST side of town now! They also need a raise so they can care more about their job security. Them men in khaki shorts and collared shirts are the ones providing negative reviews. Though it’s refreshing that a group of fast food workers actually care about their customer service here in Fayetteville cause even all the chick-fil-a’s are giving nice-nasty tones when asked for the slightest anything.
