my favorite shop in all of downtown, i love coming here to study, or just for a bit of peace and quiet, i come by every sunday for the tea of the day. amazing flavours every time!! everyone is always so sweet! this is the place i recommend everyone i know to come try!!!

I canāt speak highly enough about this tea shop. Iāve been all over the place and the variety of teas, dedication of the staff and owner, Josh, to their craft, and the friendly culture they facilitate is second to none. Whether you want to come and hang out to do some work, meet up with friends, or just get out of the house, this is one best places to go in all of Fayetteville.
My go-to tea was the Jade Cloud green tea but I always enjoyed sampling the wide varieties of teas they prepared. They also introduced me to a drink I havenāt been able to get anywhere else, the Fuzzy Basil, which was a peach tea and basil rum mix that was delicious.
Occasionally in the evenings, they do open-mic nights, which are fun events, where you can hear locals perform musical pieces and poetry.
This is a must-visit for locals and to anyone passing through Fayetteville.

My daughter lives in Fayetteville NC and bought me 3 of your blends for Christmas !! My favorite is the Biscotti Spice. The next time weāre visiting from NH, Iām going to ask her to take me to your establishment to get the whole experience and stock up for myself!!!!! Thank you for your amazing tea!!!

The shop is clean, welcoming, and the staff are friendly. Coming from NYC, Iām used to tea shops where staff help with blends and offer samplesāsomething that was missing here. You can mix your own, but since Iām not knowledgeable, I stuck with the pre-mixed options, and the staff offered little guidance. With a bit more assistance or samples, I likely would have purchased more than the four pre-mixed bags. (So far, Iāve tried two of the four, and they are good.) Overall, itās a lovely shop, and improving this aspect could make the experience even betterāfor me, at least. Hopefully, when I go back, this will be implemented! :)

If you love tea, this is a great place to visit (they offer ice cream and cocktails as well.) If you like matcha tea, they have the good stuff here (have had bad matcha so I was nervous then very pleasantly surprised!) If you're health-conscious and looking for a way to treat yourself, try this place - SO many amazing flavors!!! If you're looking for a calming, chill ambiance, you'll find that here. If you appreciate businesses that still offer that warm, friendly, welcoming full-service experience, they've got that covered here. This is a cute and modern cafe with a small-town-thanks-for-stoping-by feel. I have loved it every time!

Winterbloom is always a pleasure to visit. The seating and atmosphere is very welcoming, but the real stars are their creative, tea infused cocktails.
I love that they have mocktail options in addition to their tea selection. Most teas can be ordered hot or cold, and you can purchase tea leaves there.
