I placed an order for pick up they confirmed the order and when I go to pick up on a Saturday 3pm when it clearly says store is open , it was closed so I tried to get a refund for the order and someone answered and said sorry refunds take 5 business days.I don’t know the point of having a schedule , and on top of that confirming orders automatically if your refund take 5 business days
