The staff is friendly. I was t happy with my wings, they were rushed bc I came in around 9:35 pm. I think ppl eating late should be just as fresh as the ppl that eat in the morning.

This location really needs to work on their customer service. They don’t greet you when you come in. When they finally turn around and acknowledge you they just look at you, they don’t say what can I get you or anything like that. My order wasn’t taken until cashier (Kelsie) finished taking an employee meal. The employee wasn’t on break or anything. Cashier (Kelsie) walked off in the middle of me trying to scan my rewards and pay. She was too busy flirting with the kitchen staff. I had to call her over to finish checking me out. I don’t normally come to this location. I am a frequent customer of the Zaxby’s on Skibo and I will remain so. This will be my first and only time at this location. Many reviews before me have stated the same issue. You would think the management would step in and train their staff better. Food can be great. And I still would choose to drive further to other locations to get a better customer service experience.
