Today was my first visit to a Zaxby’s. I ordered a Fried House Salad to go from this location. Got home and there was no chicken on my salad….
Needless to say I will never be visiting a Zaxby’s again.

The workers were rude. My cashier had an attitude problem he should not be a cashier. His name was Aiden T. The manager was also rude. They all seemed like they did now want to work there, anything you asked was an inconvenience to them and they rolled those eyes. Never have I had an experience like this before.

first red flag was they said it will be a 20 minute wait for chicken , then when it came to my drink .. they only had sweet tea or lemonade .. they are terrible . 0/10

Just came , spent $25 , the person on the headset was rude and rushing me & then went i got to the window team members were on their phone no one greeted me . And the person handed me my drinks was obnoxiously loud with the total and rushing me snatching my card and the drink was open so it slipped i asked her for napkins to wipe it and there’s not even no napkins in the bag anyways . Unprofessional won’t be returning .
