This location is usually very good. However tonight the traditional wings were dry, hard and tough. The fries were not good at all. Disappointed.

One of my sons likes this place, so we go often, but it's ALWAYS a long wait, busy or not. We've NEVER received his one chicken sandwich in less 15 to 20 minutes. It's very interesting to say the least.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff was great, the restaurant was clean and in good Shape. Food was fresh and hot and delicious. Will come back.

I don't know why I keep doing this to myself but for some reason when I go to Zaxbys outside of lunch hours and definitely after 6 p.m. the food is under cooked. At this point it is my fault because 10/10 times I have bad food. Hard earned money wasted.

Came by for my lunch break which isn't long at all. Got a boneless finger plate and the only thing that was good to eat was the bread and Fries. Zaxby's is normally fresh but I guess not this location. Guess I'll have to take my lunch break somewhere else that has better service.

I went to zaxbys drive thru and my order from the speaker to my food was delivered amazing. I love the customer service delivered by Jodie and the way the service was fast and my food was hot so again thank you definitely 5 stars
