Drive thru didn't take as long as expected, but the food was not par to the Zaxby's I've known. There was nothin' kickin' about that chicken'. Told at the window they provided Zax Sauce in the bag, but nope. I understand that one's on me, but still, don't tell me it's in there and it's not, right? Just expected better.

Ordered two grilled house salads for pickup got home and when my wife and I opened our salads there was barely any grilled chicken on them. Not even worth the 20 minute drive back up there. For $10 salads at least put the thing on our meals you are in business to sell…CHICKEN!

I ordered an Asian salad at the drive thru after I waited15 minutes to get to the window. Then was told to drive forward. Then waited another 5 minutes. A few months later me and a friend went inside to eat. Noone at the counter acknowledged us. After they were done laughing and joking around they took our order. My Cobb zalad was ok. My friends chicken sandwich was terrible. Overcooked, and dry. I won't go back. This nothing but poor training and poor management

One of our sons loves to eat here but even he said the food was not as good this time. The chicken wings were well sauced. They had a good flavor and good coverage but it was not as spicy as expected based on the rating scale on the lobby sign. The soda machine was having problems dispensing the drinks. Maybe it needed to be refilled or cleaned? The coke came out very dark and textured. ? The cream soda was watery and another customer had sputtering as her drink dispensed. Somehow, the funnel cake was both soggy and dry while also being too high priced for the amount served. It seemed like the temp may have started too high or too low and was adjusted during cooking as the cake seemed to have been overcooked while also taking in too much oil during cooking. Our son said the texture was like swallowing 2 Tbsp of peanut butter. On a better note, the counter and cook staff were all friendly and helpful. Our order was correct and they had reasonably fast service. The Zaxby's sauce on the crinkle fries is still a tasty choice! ? We had a good time overall but, as it is, this would not be my pick for future dining.

Absolutely perfect! Service was quick and food was outstanding, just as you'd expect from Zaxbys! In fact, ate too fast to remember to take a picture (hence the salad pic). Well done to the whole team.

This store is just under poor management. They're always messing up my order and not giving me what I paid for. Managers sit in lobby and don't assist with a fully crowded dine I in area. Then when you mention the mess up they look at you as if you did something wrong. Just Close the place permanently.

The food was hard and disgusting, so was this bug on my fries. I understand things happen but a once over of the food you're packing up would take an extra second. Unacceptable. Hard, super old boneless wings, fries were okay minus the bug. If I wasn't so busy with work, I'd drive back over there.

I watched one of the employees grab the ice bucket by the mouth instead of the handle so her fingers touched the inside. She then placed the ice bucket on the floor, filled it with ice and then proceeded to carry it with one hand on the bottom wherever it needed to go. Then as she placed it back once again put her hand back on the mouth. Not once did she wash her hands. I didn’t even order after seeing that. The young gentleman in the front is a good worker though and looked like he needed a break
