Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I made a mistake and ordered my food too late for pickup. I called the store and let them know, and Sunday helped me out! She took down all my information so that I could come the next day to pick up my order, and she was there to help me when I came in! Super nice, super understanding, and the food was super good! Too bad Popeyes on Bragg BLVD can’t follow this example of good, fast service.

I visited this establishment during lunch. It was very clean. The young lady was very patient with me while trying not to be greedy. The food was warm and Delicious. My salad had just the right amount of cheese and the grilled chicken was tender and tasty. I would definitely recommend this location.

YESTERDAY ON MOTHER'S DAY MY FAMILY AND I DECIDED WE WANT

This place is getting worse and worse past three times I've been here I sat in the Drive-Thru line for 25 to 30 minutes or even longer

Fast, accurate, and food was on point.

Ordered Southern Fried Shrimp Box, received the wrong order initially which was quickly corrected. But I made it all the home and the order was still incomplete. Sauces were missing, I’m grateful for the food but highly disappointed.

I always love coming to this Zaxbys because they are friendly and the order is always right. It’s a shame the inside gets messed up from the students after school time but it’s always a pleasant experience when I go with my husband.

I ordered online and wanted my 6 tenders tossed in bbq sauce two sides of coleslaw substituting fries . Clearly they didn’t read that order correctly I’m highly disappointed with this.

This particular store off Owen drive is a hit or miss via drive thru.
This visit I received cold egg rolls and had to circle back around to receive a fresh order while my other food was getting cold.

I was welcomed into the store and everyone was smiling! Theyre so kind and made sure my sauces were correct, everything was how I wanted it! Will be coming back to this store!

Amazing experience! Not sure what these people are complaining about especially around the holidays! Clean store and friendly environment.

This place is very unsatisfying ask for them to make a simple accommodation simply replacing the place thing the loaded fries come in to a plastic salad bowl so I can add sauce on top and have room to shake in the most unprofessional way possible told me they can’t do it asked for the GM so I can speak to him and was denied I wish i would’ve recorded this was the worst fast food experience I ever had very disrespectful staffing. Never had a problem at any other Zaxby’s spring lake and Cameron never gave me this problem and I got the minimum 3 times a week NEVER! Was only over there for Xmas shopping and whole day was ruined because they wanted to be rude and not make a simple accommodation to satisfy their customers. DONT GO HERE HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

Ask for a Large Fry Extra Seasoning and Fresh.
I did get the fry and extra seasoning but fresh was not presented first red flag I got the fries too quick. When people ask for something a certain way it’s because we know it tastes better . My opinion Zaxbys fries aren’t good unless it dropped fresh. So since I didn’t get it I asked for my money back. I’m trying to figure how hard is it to drop fresh fries instead of giving someone soggy ass fries. Make It Make Sense Do Better Skibo Management can’t blame the workers. They’re kids and don’t want to be there anyway🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️
