I spend 45 minutes in the drive thru this morning for 2 ham biscuits and a Pepsi. No explanation when I finally reached the window. When I got to work I discovered they gave me a Diet Pepsi !

I stopped by on my way home from a long road trip. It was about 15 minutes until 10pm and it was my last food option before I hit 25(long dead road). Automated system took my order and I pulled around to the window to pay. The employee at the window asked me if I was okay waiting 4ish minutes because they were having to make my chicken from scratch. I was starving and in no rush so this was no big deal to me. When I asked to pay, she said that it was on the house due to the inconvenience. This was so nice and then I felt terrible as I realized that they had shut everything down for the night. I waited about 10 minutes and then pulled back around and they gave me 3 free biscuits. This was great customer service and very unexpected! I felt extra bad after reading some of these reviews. They are definitely trying to improve on service, but should probably not shut everything off at a fast food restaurant until it is actually closing time. Everyone seemed young, but they were very nice.

Walked in, and there was absolutely No one there to take the order... There was a trainee, and she had absolutely no idea what to do and couldn't find her manager. We stood there for 5-10mins, clean place, but really poor service.

I had to wait for the oil to drain from my chicken for 5 minutes. Good gosh!!!! Chicken was not done but sure had the grease. Disgusting!!!!!

I think i can understand why but I still don't appreciate it. I initially walked into the restaurant but there was a long line. So I got back in my truck to get in the long drive thru line whichni hoped would.move faster. I admit it was my mistake that I missed ordering through the speaker but as I approached the window, I realized I didn't order. When I got to the window, I told one girl that I believe I forgot to order and I just wanted a chicken biscuit. Another girl approached to inquire and said that I would have to drive back around to get back in line to place the order because they don't take orders from that window. I just thought that was a bit rigid. I cannot comment on the food because I didn't stay. I had a 2hr drive back home from a volunteer project and off I went. Moral of the story, place your order in the right window.

I got the smallest chicken sandwich I think I've ever seen. I know I got the coldest styles fries I've ever seen. Of course manager had to change out the drawer with at least 4 cars in the drive thru. Will not come here again.
The manager who is a male let's the employees eat at the food table. I thought that was a food violation? And she didn't even wash her hands before handling food. 🤮

This restaurant is awful in the morning time they serve breakfast with the same gloves that they make your food with and collect money from customers come on people. There are drugs on money, feces all types of germs, and you’re going to fix someone breakfast and collect money with the same serving gloves Wow sounds like a lawsuit!! Not to mention how management stands around back with the youth /workers smoking weed , Cigarettes and then come straight inside, not wash their hands go straight to serving! They are slow and have no respect while others are trying to get to work! Say about the money
