I spent 20+ minutes in the drive thru lane - no escape route until you get to the menu board. Automated ordering without any confirmation. Which means sorting out your order when you make it to the pick up window.

They at least didn’t charge me for the drink upgrade which wasn’t noted on the automated ordering.

Can’t blame the humans!

I made a curbside order for pick up that said it would be ready at 6:30 so I waited. Then waited. And about 20 minutes go by and I say screw it im going in. When I talk to the cashier at the front and tell him I’ve been waiting on a curbside order he say ”Here” and quite literally throws it at me then he got annoyed when I tell him I’m missing a whole box of food and that he had to make it. Horrible service. I guess the two guys were mad that I interrupted their conversation about how they can becoming “actors”.

The employees were uncovered by the breakfast rush, leaning on the counters, handling the utensils with bare hands, cursing and just basically having a grand Ole time at work that morning. Food was awful and I was given the large order that was placed before me and when I returned it for a refund I was refused.

Had young boys more interested in talking and playing than taking care of customers. I'll definitely be back, but these boys need to be taught professionalism. Thank you for great food.

Very slow, disorganized i stood at the counter for almost 10min before anyone came up to me finally got our order then had to stand again to get what was forgotten in order just to have all workers looking everywhere but at us had to flag someone down to get it. Going to go to KFC from now on!

I spend 45 minutes in the drive thru this morning for 2 ham biscuits and a Pepsi. No explanation when I finally reached the window. When I got to work I discovered they gave me a Diet Pepsi !

I stopped by on my way home from a long road trip. It was about 15 minutes until 10pm and it was my last food option before I hit 25(long dead road). Automated system took my order and I pulled around to the window to pay. The employee at the window asked me if I was okay waiting 4ish minutes because they were having to make my chicken from scratch. I was starving and in no rush so this was no big deal to me. When I asked to pay, she said that it was on the house due to the inconvenience. This was so nice and then I felt terrible as I realized that they had shut everything down for the night. I waited about 10 minutes and then pulled back around and they gave me 3 free biscuits. This was great customer service and very unexpected! I felt extra bad after reading some of these reviews. They are definitely trying to improve on service, but should probably not shut everything off at a fast food restaurant until it is actually closing time. Everyone seemed young, but they were very nice.

Walked in, and there was absolutely No one there to take the order...
There was a trainee, and she had absolutely no idea what to do and couldn't find her manager.
We stood there for 5-10mins, clean place, but really poor service.
