They now have an artificial intelligence system that tries to take your order. If you make a decent quantity order it will most likely not take it right. The thing told us it was getting an employee we waited 5 minutes honked horn, nothing!! It never notified anyone. Went there about 645-7 pm. Had to go in to order. Plenty of staff. It was me and 1 other person. It took 25 minutes minimum from order to leaving. They had nothing ready. Everything had to be cooked. The chicken had to be air fried because it was too soft!! You know when chicken isn’t pink but it’s not cooked quite long enough. That’s what it was. Had to wait on each item to be cooked. But it was like they didn’t try to cook all the order at once. We had to wait for each item to be cooked separately with 5 min wait on first thing, 8 min wait on sandwich, and 5 min wait on bo berry biscuits. I have never seen a “fast food” place make you wait like that so your food isn’t done at the same time. So the temps weren’t right. Truly SAD BOJANGLES!!!!!!!!! There are always too many staff standing in a group doing nothing. That’s why it sucks! I know people who have worked here and quit because they were the ones doing everything while staff stands in a group every day no matter who is there. No wonder food isn’t cooked. There should definitely be no reason for a real employee not taking orders over intercom!!! The computer takes forever unless you order extremely simple. But you can’t mess up or the computer system will not get your order right.
Parking: There is parking on both sides and a door on both sides
This is often the only restaurant I can get to during my work breaks. Lately I have been arriving to a short drive through line, ordering, waiting in the drive though line for 20 minutes and having to leave without even getting the food I ordered, with no time to eat anywhere else. Instead of sending cars with large orders forward, they just let everyone wait for an extra 10 minutes.

There is an automated voice that takes your order- twice as slow as a good employee. Hope she does better once off orientation- when she asked" do you need anything else?" I replied, Human interaction- and she didn't record my order...so I had to give is to the woman who spoke over the mic!

The upward rd location needs help or. Reds to lock the doors. For the second time now I have waited in a reasonably short line for over 30 before pulling off with no food. The only other time it only took 25 minutes but they’re computer was down and they just gave me my biscuit and drink. I won’t be back

Last couple of times my husband and I have been here, at least one thing has been wrong with our order. Today we got one completely wrong sandwich and they forgot one side of bo rounds. I don't think we'll be coming here again for awhile since orders can't be filled correctly.

Poor service in true Bojangles fashion. Yesterday 11/3/24 the drive thru line was wrapped all the way around the building, so we decided to go in and order. The inside line was just as bad. On top of that the Lady Manager was screaming at the other employees "that if they didn't do their job, they could get off her clock and leave". That lady needs to be fired, I have been self-employed and that is not how you run a business. If that's the kind of manager that you hire to run your business, that shows what kind of business owner you are. On top of that after standing there for several minutes she informed us that it would be a while that they had a big catering order to fill for a Church. Needless to say, we left and went to Zaxby's.
