Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I really need to stop going places where African Americans are not welcomed.

My steak was not cooked the way I ordered, biscuits was hard. I only met my server Tiffany when she took my order and dropped off my food.

She was attentive and serving tge surroundings tables around me. Spend a little over an hour here and only got served one drink.

Any additional things I needed was handled by the manager. I need to stop coming to this restaurant they're racist

Great place to eat!

Grandmas sampler was pretty good, the pancakes weren't warm enough to melt the butter for the second time at a cb this year😔The server was very nice although I usually substitute the eggs for extra hash browns and she wouldn't ( you'd think with the price of eggs they'd be happy to) so hubby go extra eggs🤪. Looked like they must have been short staffed because there were lots of un bussed tables.

We eat here alot and it is always real good the food and the service, but 5/30/25 the food was cold , the waiter acted like he didn't want to be there he forgot the bread and he never refilled the tea, went to pay the bill no cashier in sight with about eight people waiting to pay. It was the worst it has ever been. I will go but again because it has always been great before.

Good food, service was great. Reasonably priced.

My chicken tenders were so hard you could barely chew them and the pinto beans were cold.

Food was brought out cold. The server was not trained properly and got overwhelmed when asked for things like straws, napkins, or refills. We never received any bread (biscuits or cornbread). The restaurant was out of the special so while making the replacement order the rest of the group's food was left in the window...reason for it being cold. The manager was very rude and really didn't care. Just an overall bad experience. The tables around us had the same experience. Two couples got up and left before being served.

Breakfast was cold. Pancakes came out cold asked for hot ones and they were cold

I had a to go order, but either way the food is always good here. Thanks David for taking you time on getting my order right. Deff appreciate it. Young David need a raise.

Told the hostess I didn't want to sit in the tables right down the middle.Being just me I don't like sitting in the middle section.So what did she do???? Took me to a table that seated 4 right on the middle.Know what I did?? Walked out!!She could have just told me it will be a few mins.If that was the case.She needs to learn to listen to people.

Long waits. The chicken tenders were not! Coleslaw was good. The store is always fun to shop in. But cracker barrel is just not worth what you pay for the food.

Our service and food was great as always except our original server left for whatever reason ( she was hurrying out the door so it may have been an emergency) but the server that took over, that gentleman never even said hello or that he was taking over waiting on us. Instead he walked up to table removed a plate and walked away. I waited table part time in the past and I always introduced myself to the party and if I was taking over for their prior server, I told them that also. Just feels awkward when we weren’t even spoken to.
