Food was warm and edible, but not hot and delicious, one server for 7 tables, she was nice but slow on getting food, had to go back for missing items

Fries were so overdone in old oil 5 of our party of 6 couldn't even eat them. Server was no where to be found for most of our time in the restaurant. Manger offered our meals at no charge which was appreciated. The restaurant was not at all busy and others in our section were also waiting an awful long time for food to arrive. A little communication from the server on kitchen issues would have been a better solution. Food was also cold when it was brought out, but we didnt have much more patience after waiting about 50 minutes for our food.

I love Cracker Barrel and everything was great at this location. However, while we have learned that they corpirate will keep the old CB logo, this store had the 'new' sign on the silverware sleeves and on the new menus. The menus were so unlike the old ones we were all so comfortable with and it took me forever to figure out what was what. This whole thing with the 'rebranding' is disgusting and will be difficult to get over.

Authentic southern food. We had the meatloaf (always good) and chicken, with fried okra, potatoes and gravey.. all great.

The grilled chicken, green beans and okra were delicious. I've tea is brewed, also good! The waitress was busy but still was able to check to make sure I had everything I wanted, refill my tea, get a box, etc.

Our server was excellent. Restaurant was busy but not overly crowded. Staff were all working very hard.

Our food was served promptly and was what we expected. We would have preferred to be served with biscuits without asking.

Very disappointed at our lunch meal today. Ordered the steak and shrimp with creole sauce but creole sauce was spread on the shrimp and steak. I had Asked the waitress to leave the creole sauce off. The steak was overcooked and dried out. The waitress did not ask how we wanted the steak cooked when taking our order. The steak tasted like it was last week’s leftovers. Very disappointing!

We come to this location almost every weekend for breakfast but the last few visits were not great with this last visit being the worst! My grandma ordered hard fried eggs with the yolk done and we had to send them back twice bc the yolk was still runny. After they got her eggs right she cut into her pancake and it was raw. The waitress was very gracious about it( I can't remember her name but she was new. She has a rising star badge on.) What really did it in for us is the manager (Micheal I believe is his name) didn't even come over to our table. He left the new waitress to do his dirty work. That seems pretty spineless to me. I don't think we will be back to this location.

First off the staff was so rude. We sat down at our table and our silverware was dirty we asked for a second pair and it was also dirty. Our waitress said if I was you I would use plastic. Then our food was wrong so we asked for a slice of cheese for our sandwich (which we ordered in the beginning) it took 10 minutes. The apples had weird chunks in it, and the burger wasn't cooked all the way, and the whole hour we were there our drinks weren't refilled. We then proceeded to watch our waitress refill other tables. When we went to leave we stopped by the host stand to let them know about the silverware and she brushed us off. When we checked out I got two glass bottle drinks and when I asked for a bag the cashier sighed and slammed my stuff into the bag. 0/10 would not recommend until they have an attitude check.
