I stopped here for breakfast this morning. I picked up online order in the drive thru. I had ordered 2 wake-up wraps and a frosted cream donut. (Other names for this donut are Vanilla headlight, Bismarck, or Manager Special.) When I looked in the bag and realized it was wrong donut, I gave it back to her and told her. She asked me what I ordered. And I said frosted cream. Then she had given me the wrong one again. This time purple frosting with sprinkles. A man came to the window with a mustache, I guess he was the manager. I explained she gave me the wrong donut twice. I told him I wanted a Frosted Cream, or Vanilla Headlight. I thought he gave me the right donut this time, so I pulled out and left. In a haste, he had put my donut in a tiny bag. When I pulled donut out of the bag to eat it, the chocolate icing stuck to the paper. When I bit into it, I realized it was a boston creme donut. It's not what I ordered! They should make sure the girl knows and speaks english before letting her work at the window. They definitely need to learn the listen better. Not just rush people through the window. I didn't order coffee because I made coffee at home and brought in my cup. Good thing. Hopefully, they'll do better next time I come through there.

Great staff!! Top notch customer service!! And drinks made perfectly. We literally drive across state lines to enjoy a perfectly made cup of coffee here! Please staff more on Sunday so the lobby can be open. 💕💕
As a business owner of over 25 years, Shay needs some customer service training. After getting our food, I asked the person who took our order if the coffee order was in the works, she (Shay) loudly responded from her station, "I'm working on 4 orders ahead of that one." When it was ready she walked over, aggressively slapped the cup down hard against the counter and the coffee splashed up all over the cup and she walked back to where she was. One of the food people saw it, took it back replaced the cover and offered it to us. Customer service save and Shay needs to manage her feelings.

I have limited time on my way to work each morning, this is one of two stops I have access to that early in the morning. I went there placed my order for breakfast and pulled around to the window they took my card and they said their card reader stopped working. I understand that's out of their control, and they asked me if I had cash which I never carry cash. In that situation I felt like with my $8 order the least they could have done is say hey it's on us it's not your fault the card readers down. Instead they just awkwardly stared at me and acted like I was the problem because I didn't have cash. So I had to get to work without breakfast because I already placed my order and waited in line. The younger gentleman with the blue shirt on always seems like he hates being there and he hates customer service. I gave them another chance today even though I don't think they deserve it, and they messed up my very simple order. I'll never be going back to this location.

I ordered through the app and I only ordered a coffee and hashbrowns. The coffee is great nothing wrong but my hashbrowns were borderline burnt and old I don’t want no sad soggy burnt hashbrowns. I ate two.
