Came in on a Saturday morning, and the crew was on it. Everyone was nice. I got an ice coffee and 6 donuts. Coffee was on point, and donuts were fresh. The order was fast.

Convenient to the highway but currently closed for remodeling. 12/27/2023We have stopped at this location before and our coffee orders were always on time and correct!
Always do online and go through the drive thru. Very fast! Almost always accurate orders, friendly staff, puppy munchkins for your dog, no complaints at all.Vegetarian options: Bagels, egg sandwiches, avocado toast, donuts, drinks
Teens running stores. 4 teens joking and grabassing trading looks on Facebooks. I ask for 4 glazed donuts. The teen that finally waited on me said, Uh! We are out. How about a Blueberry muffin? We don’t make muffins here. I ask why are you open? UH! We got coffee… we only cook doughnuts one time a day.
Horrible customer service. Ordered a Mocha and the employee mistook it for an iced coffee with mocha syrup, I patiently corrected her and then she instantly got horrifically angry with me and said that I need to order correctly and got extra pissy when I repeated my order to make sure she understood it all. Later I found that she had stiffed me on one of my bagel minis, which I sure hope wasn't out of spite for our interaction. My drink might have had spit in it too for how she was acting, I wish I'd gotten her name!

Stopped to get gas and decided a donut would be a nice treat. Went inside to stretch my legs and our vehicle would not fit through the drive thru. Got totally ignored by the staff. If you didn't go through the drive, you didn't get waited on. Left with no service or donuts.

The new location in Hendersonville uses frozen donuts that taste like cardboard. I was so excited to have a location close to me but when I found out that they don't make fresh donuts...what a bummer!
