I was really looking forward to trying the ribs and the sliced brisket. Those are my two favorite BBQ foods. The ribs were lukewarm and had absolutely no smoky taste at all. I had been told when I ordered that the ribs would have to be heated since they were not a food that they kept hot. I waited almost 30 minutes to get my supposedly heated ribs. The collard greens were the best I've ever had ... as was the Salted Caramel Banana Pudding! The venue and all of the amazing FLOWERS outdoors were breathtaking! Do NOT miss this place!
Very relaxing outdoor atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was very expensive which is fine if it’s good. The ribs were burnt, hard and flavorless. I see so many great reviews on the ribs so I’m clueless why it was that bad. We were the first ones there at lunch time when they opened. We didn’t finish the half slab. The sauce was good. The food is delivered out of a counter and the seating is all outside which is nice if the weather holds up. The atmosphere and food are excellent and the staff are super friendly, though some mention that the prices are a little pricey. Overall, Hubba Hubba Smokehouse is a place not to miss for quality food and a friendly atmosphere.
