I was really looking forward to trying the ribs and the sliced brisket. Those are my two favorite BBQ foods. The ribs were lukewarm and had absolutely no smoky taste at all. I had been told when I ordered that the ribs would have to be heated since they were not a food that they kept hot. I waited almost 30 minutes to get my supposedly heated ribs. They didn’t have much flavor. I do not care for barbecue sauce so I had them plain. They were also very tough. The sliced brisket was hot, but a lot of fat. The brisket had a refrigerator taste to it. I was very disappointed because I had paid $30 for my meal. I was there with friends and they had pulled pork sandwiches, which they loved. I don’t live in the area so chances are I’ll never be able to go back and try the pulled pork.

Brisket was dry and sounded like Velcro when torn apart. Baked beans was more like a chili without beef. Mac and cheese was watered down massively. Not worth the $40 something we spent here. I’ve never left a review but this was very disappointing.

Had the brisket for the first and last time. The pork is really good as well as the sides. Mac and cheese was cold, but had good flavor. Brunswick stew was okay.

Good collards. Good greenbeans. Brisket had decent amount of fat on it. We lucked out and got seating for 6 by squeezing some tables together. The food is delivered out of a counter and the seating is all outside which is nice if the weather holds up. I will go here again.

Had kinda low expectations and I was quite hungry, so take that into consideration.
But holy cow man. The cheesesteak was shockingly good. Extra points for browning the brisket right at the end for that maillard reaction. MMmmmm and the white cheese whizz.
Now, it is $20 and only comes with one side. But worth every penny.
The line was a long wait but hey

ALWAYS good bbq! The menu prices have changed a tiny bit but not much. The collards are to die for and the pulled pork is delicious! Can’t wait to come back!
